I love your story however this Edward... I'm sorry but I have to say it. It doesn't matter if there is intercouse or not, he is abusing her. So, since my point of view he has to learn to respect her in order to get something in return. The point of "The vulturi are awful and I'm not that awful (though I am obviusly also a monster) so you should be a good girl and let me have you"... sorry it does not go with me. He has just hurt her all the time. So I hope he behaves himself a bit better with her.
I looking forward for you next chapter, I'm really very interested, I like it a lot.

Well obviously Edward is not much better than the Volturi for what we've seen of him so far. But Bella is not fooled and she knows that much too so that's why she refused to give herself to him when he told her she should go for it with him. Bella despises Edward at the moment, and for good reasons. Something has to happen if Edward wants Bella to consider him a better man, a man worthy of the gift of her virginity.

I love this chapter (though it is a bit short) I've read some of the reviews and honestly, I don't understand how some people can see Edward as a friend so far. I mean, you expect the Volturi to be bad and mean but not for Edward, he has to have some good inside and he has to be good to Bella and so far he has been horrible, he has been so abused to Bella and the other girls... so I hope this will change in the future as you answer me in my last review.
On the other hand I must say... congratulations!, your story is great and I really, really love it. I check nearly every single day to see if you have updated it. Please, go on because I'm looking forward for it.

Of course if we want to see Bella fall in love with Edward things have to change and they will in the next chapters. However, I'm sorry to tell you that my next update will not be posted before at least two weeks. I have to translate the two coming chapters and my beta has to edit them but... she's going on vacation and no matter how fast I can translate my story, in the end I always have to wait for her to send the corrections back. Thank you for your comments. They mean a lot.

Edward is a bit better now though I still think that he is abusing Bella doing all those sexual things to her without her permission. He could just wait for her to recouver consciousness or try other more traditional ways to make her wake up but he does not because he wants to do what he wants and it does not really matter what she may want or need. He knows that she is not going to want him to do it but he does it anyway. He says that Bella must be respected but he is not respecting her at all. Please don't tell me that this is one of these stories where Edward is awful to Bella and just because he says that he loves her everything is forgotten and forgiven. He has to pay for the things he has done to her in one way or other before to get any reward.
About Bella screaming Jacob's name... What can you expect? he is the only man in her whole life who has treated her as a lady and not a thing, he has treated her with tenderness and respect it is normal that when she is in pain her mind goes to him.
Talking about the cliff.... you are evil! please please update soon because I'm dying here waiting. I reallly really love your story and I can wait to read more. Please be good and have mercy of your poor poor readers.

If it was only my call, you would have the next chapter today since it's already written. However, I do want to publish quality writing, so it needs to be edited first, and this is why I have a devoted beta to help me, and right now the chapter is in her hands. I'm on hold like you are...
About the last chapter, and every one involving Edward not being nice to Bella, for that matter, it is absolutely true that Edward is abusing Bella to some extent. However, I want to point out out again that he could have done much worse things to her, including taking her virginity at the first occasion without her consent and he didn't, which is why I think he still has some kind of respect for her. One can see it differently, of course (and Carlisle does)and could tell Edward he is dellusional to see himself as the gentleman, but then again it's just a story, and not one with great deepness in the characters at it. It's a fiction to entertain, not to have the readers overthinking.
Now, you'll see for yourself in the next chapter, but I don't think Bella will fall in love with Edward just because he's repentant and tell her he loves her. There's got to be more to it, although it's a story that takes place in a very short period of time, and therefore not very realistic in regard to developing deep feelings for someone anyway.

As always your writing is wonderful. I still do not agree completely with what Edward did. I'm sorry but I think he was too far away. I understand his motives and I understand their relationship but there is one thing that is always bothering me, when she mess up he makes something like this and she, Oh poor silly girl with no brains, undestands that he is right... but he is not always right, he is human after all and he also mess up but... what happens then? he just feel sorry and say "I'm sorry baby" and that's it, she understands and everything is ok but not the other way round.
I do not know why somebody thought it was some kind of rape, I didn't see it like that, it was too humilliating for her from my point of view and that's what I mean when I say that he was wrong but obvously there was not rape in it, that's just ridiculous.
I really love your story and I enjoy it a lot even when I feel a bit sick with what I read. You are a fantastic writer and I'm looking forward your next chapter as always but please, make Edward pay for something at one point because I think he needs to remember that he has to learn also a couple of things too. ( and make him suffer a bit pleassssseee)

I love your story but this chapter... well, please do not take this as a bad thing or something because I love your story and I'm looking forward each chapter but this one... well, I'm sorry but I do not undestand how he can do that to her, I mean he has to show a lesson, ok with that, he made her come over and over until it was painful, I got that too, but how could he be so harsh and cruel with her cumming all over her as if she was nothing but an object whe he loves her and knows how much Jamed degraded her already? He made her feel cheap and degraded. Nobody who loves you make you feel that way. he could have made his point cummning and not allowing her to touch him or enjoy the moment with him exactly like he made her come without him but no, he has to be so cruel and besides he has the nerve to chucked thinking of he was going to do to her before they started in the playroom.
I cannot hate Edward but I agree with some reviews where they say that it is always Bella who mess up, Edward seems to have always the reason and never make a mistake... well I think that he did one now, one really big but as always in this kind of relationship if she makes a mistake she suffers for it but he just say "I did a mistake ( and that if he ever does it) " and that's it, everything is ok. That's not a balance relationship and it's not enough if he just feels sorry. I would love to read that now she cannot cum by his hand at all for a while because he has blocked her. I think that will be a good point to him. this time he was who mess up.
