Rose wasn't trying to be mean, she was actually acting protective of Bella. She had seen what her relationship with Michael had done to her and didn't want her to go back to that place again. SHe loves Bella and wants her to be happy.
I am working on the enxt chapter now and am having a bit of trouble writing. I might skip a few months a head, i don't know. I am hoping to post it within a day or so.

Dang!Jacob is an asshole! I hope that edward at least comes to see Bella and the baby and also that Bella woke up while Jacob was saying all of these things to Edward and yells at him to cusses him out. I hate Jacob!

The amount of Jacob hate is overwhelming! I;m even feeling bad for the guy! He stepped up in teh protective brother mode. He thought he was doing the right thing and protecting Bella, who of cours eknew nothing about the call. We'll get Edward's pov in the next chapter. Thanks for reading!
