Our world was forever changed with the events of 1941 and World War 2. For one couple it was a tragic ending to a beautiful story that began in 1939. In 2010, it was a story that a grandmother must tell to keep their memory and love alive.

That was heartbreaking to read. Very well written. My family lost my cousin in Iraq in September. I could see the soldiers folding the flag, a hear the 21 gun salute. Made it very real. I don't wish that kind of pain on anyone. As much as it hurts, I am full of pride when I think of him. Phillip died saving his guys. So I feel a lot of pride along with the sadness for your Edward.

Thank you so much for your review, it means more to me than you know. I respect our soldiers and their families so much. I hope that you continue reading the story and it gives you an outlet for your grief while also doing justice for those we've lost to war. While beginning the editing process in September of 2009 I lost my uncle and a friend suddenly. Writing went from being something I loved to a way for me to work through the grief and anger of losing them. I encourage you to write about your experience. There were so many emotions I didn't realize I was feeling until I opened that blank document and began to write. Again, thank you so much for your review.

I loved it! It was very heartbreaking though...
After Bella's 18th birthday accident the entire Cullen family leaves Forks leaving behind a devastated Bella.
Four months later, when Bella seems to start healing from her heartbreak she is faced with one Edward Cullen, only he is not the same Edward she has known before.
As he reveals the reasons of his lies and actions Bella has to make a decision that will change her life forever...
