Edward left Bella heartbroken in the woods a year ago. She tried to move on; she goes to college now, goes out with her friends and tries to have fun. But she is still chased by Edward's shadows. During the day she turns to Jacob, becoming what everyone needs her to be. But as night, when she is alone, the shadows find her.
When Edward returns will he be able to help her step out of the shadows and becoming the person she was truly meant to be?

Meoooow. This is just my personal opinion because, to be honest, I find SM's Edward to be a spineless jellyfish stuck upon his egotistical arogance. I think Bella needs to kick him to the curb and just have some fun with Jasper. *stage whispers* 'Cause Jasper is just chock full o' yumminess, no? ;)
I like this thus far and totally dig the UST between Bella and Jasper.

I love the sexual tension as well ... and me and my beta had a kinda chat about whether to change it to a J/B story ... becuase, well, I love him! I was thinking of asking out with the next chapter who wanted her to be with who...
