Hah! Another one I missed responding to. I don't know how that happens, but I think it's how this site organizes reviews. Sorry I missed you. Thank you so much for your kind words. I've been reorganizing my chapters, to try to get them a little closer to the same length. I shoot for about 6k words, but some of them went to 12k words, which bugs me. I think originally I did that to make up for a long time between updates. I think my chapters are longer than many writers do. I'm also one of those who writes in too many superfluous details. In editing, I'm seeing too much, "He turned, she smiled, I looked at him..." Blech! Details are great, but they should be good ones, not throw-aways. I'm always happy to learn to do it better.
