I wonder if the note is a confession of his part in what happened to Bella, since he feels guilty, and also a warning of what Charlie would be up against if he tried to get her out? Or maybe just admitting that he knows where Bella is and that she is alive, but not revealing her exact location, since Charlie could get killed if he tries to save her?

I'm glad he feels guilty. He should. I know there are alot of bad things in this world, but brainwashing someone and forcing them to live a life they didn't choose for themselves damn sure doessn't help anyone. It's sick. It's a power trip and playing God. We have free will for a reason.
