Don't know yet how this ends, but here is MY HEA!  Carlisle threatens again to take Bella and Ava away from Edward.  He finally snaps, and strangles Carlisle to death with his bare hands.  He is arrested, tried and convicted of murder and is sentanced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.  So Bella and Esme are saved forever from Edward and Carlisle's further abuse, and Ava is spared. They live HEA together and flourish using the money from her father's life insurance to live off of. They eventually send Ava to Harvard undergrad where she majors in psychology and women's studies and then later goes to Law School. Ava becomes a clinical psychologist and attorney, specializing in helping battered women and children and prosecuting the sickko men who abused them.
