World War II Navy Pilot Edward meets shy wallflower Bella at a USO dance and starts to fall in love immediately. Two weeks and a wedding later, they face separation as Edward ships off to the Eastern Front. How will Bella handle life back in the states while Edward fights for their country abroad? Will the letters they exchange be enough to help them get through the painful separation?

I really hope Tanya does not prove to be too big of a character or problem. That story line is so played out. That being said, I really think Edward has far too much love and respect for Bella to be unfaithful to her. Also, I don't think he would tolerate anyone making her feel uncomfortable. I hope I am right. You could always have Tanya beheaded. They did that in those times didn't they? On a much brighter note, I really hope Bella is pregnant.

Well, I hope we have seen the last of Tanya. The end of this chapter does cause me some concern. Would it be too much to ask for them t just be happy for awhile? If they must have troubles, please make the troubles be outside of their marriage. Let their love give them strength they can lean on and use to overcome any problems that come their way.
