Love the story but it's kind of weird how every time someone talks it ends in an exclamation mark unless its a equestion

Thanks, glad you liked it,
exclamation marks can denote a point made or a statement of fact,
it's not just to imply someone is shouting, but when they are I embolden for effect.
You would be surprised how many times in a conversation we actually are making a point or stating a fact.
It's not as if they are all sitting around having tea and discussing knitting patterns in this story xx
