I think Edward might be making a bigger deal of it than needed. Yes, it was not the moral high ground but people have those kinds of arrangments all the time. And Edward made it clear to Tanya where his lines were. As I heard on the radio the other day, women, due to our hormones, have more emotions automatically involved with sex. Men are literally wired different. If anything its a lesson to us girls. But I would hope that Bella would see it for what it was, just a casual relationship.
