This was really lovely and sad to read. I feel so sorry for Carlisle, and I can see why he doesn't leave Esme. And I liked that it was a one-shot. Normally I don't read them, but this better fit a one-shot. I think if you were to extend it and write more chapters, you'd ruin the simplicity of it.

Very interesting. It was quite hot, though I wonder now what is going to happen to that family. It was obvious that was something they both needed but I am a little saddened for the lot of them. I liked it!!

I loved Bella's comment that Carlisle was swimming in the sea of crazy! So true....such a dysfunctional bunch! Loved the ending too! Great story!
