Did Bella ever go back to Edward and say Master I am ready now to continue. It would not have been right for Edward to push her if she was not ready. It was up to her to tell him. Edward should not have spent so much time away that was wrong. His family needed him and he was not there, but with the D/s situation, I think Bella had to make the first move.

This was a very sad chapter. They really both want the same thing,but they stopped talking to each other. Their relationship is falling apart because of it. It was a problem before they married and had 7 little people to worry about. It is even harder to find quiet time to just talk, but it is too important not to make it a priority. They love each other so much. Edward is going to take all the guilt as the dominant, but it is not all his fault. The submissive holds power in the relationship as well. Bella has to take part of the responsiblity. They need to spend their energy on fixing their relationship, not on feeling guilty.

I am happy that Edward is realizing that he messed up, but Bella messed up also. She is responsible for telling Edward what she needs. He is not a mind reader. They both let each other down on their D/s relationship. Communication is so important and they seemed to stop that because they had to keep it from the children. They need to still have their date nights and keep a journal even if they have to keep it locked up. The other can read it in private and relock it up. At least they know what the other is thinking. They worked to hard for this relationship to not fight for it. I think the older boys are interested in the lifestyle. They need good role models.

Sometimes we forget that we worry about the kids and forget that once we were just a couple. The couple part needs to be nurtured because the babies leave the nest and the couple is left. Of course, they have many years of babies still in the nest with the large spread of ages of kids.

I don't know what I was expecting, but I was stupid enough not to expect that. Wow. Thats a drastic measure but considering their life, I understand it. And when she said she broke her vows? Gah! That killed me. I can't wait for them to reunite and TALK. Having E and B so close to each other and not together - not since we started - is driving me crazy! I feel so bad for them, though I want to kick them both, too, for not talking to each other, not voicing their thoughts. Him, I want to kick him harder. Or maybe twice. He should know better! And I'm not sure what to think about Garrett. I'm torn with him allowing/helping Bella to bolster herself once more vs. making her speak with Edward. Yes, it's her responsibility to voice her thoughts to Edward, but it does feel like Garrett is going behind his back, too.

Wow!!! How's that for what I think? Holy hell may be more appropriate. Even though she was only scening by herself, it was still intense. I love that Edward was able to see her and realize how he has failed her.
As for the boys being in the lifestyle...I knew it! Bella and Edward are going to shit kittens when they find out. The ironic thing is that if E&B had not been so broken, they probably would have picked up on it.
