Bio:
I am a thirty-something accountant (yes one of those boring accountants) who is completely addicted to the Twilight series. I had read the books many, many times and needed to feed my addiction elsewhere. I found fanfiction.net almost by accident and have been hooked ever since. My first story “Behind The Images” by A Cullen Wannabe had me wanting to read more fanfiction than regular books, though I’m still known to pick up a book or two here and there. It was also her story “Femme Docs and Kevlar Knights” that brought me over to TWCS. I have to truly thank her for where I am today because, whether she knows it or not, A Cullen Wannabe has been an inspiration for me.
My love for reading has brought me here and my love for Twilight and its characters kept me reading all the wonderful stories some very talented authors have created. It has also given me the courage to try my own hand at writing, which, I have to say, has been so extremely fun that I went from one story to five in just a few months. They may not all be posted yet but they’ll get there.
I am a native of Colorado and most of my stories are set in my beautiful state but I may jump around a bit if I have the desire to research other locations. I have many loves in my life but of those there are three, movies, music and sports, that usually have a way of finding their way into my writing. I’m inspired by music as I’m writing and look for songs that fit the particular mood of each chapter, which helps the words flow faster. I’ve recently found that I can be equally inspired by a simple picture and I intend to explore that avenue more in the future.
I will end by thanking all those writers that have inspired me and allowed me to step out of my shell and follow in their footsteps. I would also like to thank all the readers out there who have read my stories and selected them as favorites…I hope I don’t let you down.

Great chapter. Edward's confession that he felt like something had broken inside of him because Mike's death gave him the chance to have what he wanted most was tear worthy. I'm glad that the three days they spent apart made them both finally admit their love for each other and realize that they didn't want to spend another day apart.
Fate can be a funny thing sometimes and for it to step in and give them the opportunity to get married right then and there was amazing. The proposal was beautiful and him asking her to make them a family was sooo sweet. Edward also proved the depth of his love for Bella when he was buying their rings. To buy chains to put their rings on if she still wasn't ready to tell anyone, really what man would love his wife enough to keep their marriage a secret until she was ready to make it known. I hope Bella loves him enough to tell everyone that they are married.
Awesome chapter. So wonderfully written. Can't wait for the next one.

I've had this on my favorites list for a while and barely now had time to finish it. This is such a good story.
For this chapter, I'm so glad that Bella is opening up a lot more. Not only is she letting Edward get closer to her, she is letting herself go and take some control with him. I was afraid when Emmett came into the kitchen yelling that she was going to shut down. I'm so glad she didn't and she just laughed it off.
Charlie is so adorable. I love how outgoing and loving he is with his kids. He reminds me of my own dad. I really can't wait until Bella can love and trust him enough to call him dad.
Great Job. Can't wait for more.

I loved how you've bonded them so completely that their connection manifests itself in their shared dreams. I loved the part when he felt the baby kick for the first time. The only thing I would have love to see was when Bella laid down with Edward after she had the baby and she just whispered to him that it was a girl. That would have been sweet. But who am I to tell you how to write. You're awesome and I really can't wait for more.

I loved this. Waiting for this chapter to tell Edward about the baby was perfect. I hope Edward is able to write to her and tell her that he was really there with her when she told him about the baby. I can't say it enough but I absolutely love the connection you've created between them. I can't wait for the next chapter.

Another great chapter. I'm curious if Bella is hearing news on the radio that is fueling her fears for Edward or is it just the dreams she's having. I can only imagine what she felt when she got the telegram. That would be like having your heart ripped out. I'm glad that Edward is okay and took the time to send the telegram for their anniversary. Hope you had a good holiday and can't wait for next week.

I'm glad that Edward and Bella finally determined their connection to each other. The down side of that was the last dream. I'm afraid she'll torture herself until she knows he is okay. This chapter was awesome. I can see how it would be strange for them to be together again after so long. Both of them apprehensive wondering what the other would think. It was so sweet when Edward just watched his little girl sleep. Moments like that are precious and you captured it so well. And, when she called him Dada it made the whole moment perfect. You're so awesome I can't wait for the rest of the story while also wishing it didn't have to end.

This was another great chapter that gave this story the perfect ending. My favorite line of the whole story came in this chapter "You're old now, why don't you act like it"...PRICELESS. Those of us with teenage children and a great love for our spouse can relate.
So sad to see another story come to and end. I will be eagerly awaiting your next story while I spend my days reading SF and re-reading FDKK AND BTI.

You know I was actually getting really upset with Edward's behavior during the entire day until he said the one thing that made his whole attitude make sense. "I just felt like I was getting shoved into that friend zone where I was someone to rely on and to trust, but not to love." I know what that feels like and you are always the last person to know. He was on the offensive side of that argument trying to get himself out before he got truly hurt if he found out that she didn't or couldn't love him.
I'm curious if his outburst and overall attitude had anything to do with what he wanted to talk to Bella about that day in bed when Alice interrupted their talk. He wanted to say something to her and she could tell it was important but she let Alice pull her away. Could some of his anger and hurt feelings been avoided if they were allowed to finish that conversation?
I do applaud Bella because she put up with a lot that day starting with Edward's attitude in the morning. She could have yelled and screamed after that very first phone call to start the day but she didn't and that says a lot about how much she loves him. In his mind, I think, he's been afraid of losing her that he's missed the little signs along the way.
Now as far as the date goes, yeah he kinda messed that one up. He should have known better that to take Bella to places like that. However, he has said so many times how special she is and he was going to convince her that she deserved the nice things in life. I can see his reasoning behind it hoping that if he made it special enough that she would finally tell him she loved him but when she didn't say a single word, it just brought everything out in the open.
Okay I will stop this majorly massive review now. I really hope they both do what needs to be done to not screw up what they have. They love each other and they need to work it out. Awesome chapter. You Rock!!!

Actually, it's you who rock!! Your review lets me see that even though a lot of people picked sides, I did present both sides of the argument out there to be seen. If Edward hadn't ran from that conversation, a lot of things might have been different. I won't say in what way because we're not out of the woods with these two yet.
For Edward, it was all about being on the offensive and keeping himself from getting hurt. He does love her, but love isn't always enough, especially when you're the kind of person who really needs to have that feeling come back to you. For Bella, she truly believed he saw what everyone else kept telling her - that her smiles were different for him and that she was calm with him. She's inexperienced and she relies on the experience she believes Edward has for a lot of things - so it never occurred to her he would miss all of the signs everyone else saw so clearly.

Another great chapter. I knew the gossip would start the minute Edward was gone and Bella has handled herself with grace (as we knew she would). I'm glad to hear that Carlisle sees the strength and intelligence that makes Bella who she is. Also that he thinks enough of her to know that she will be a strength at Edward's side when he is king. Bella's insecurities about that are due to how her father treated her opinion and she will see, when Edward gets back, that he already wishes for her to step up as a ruler at his side and not sitting in the background.
Anyway, I hope your personal life turns for the better for you. Can't wait for the next chapter.

Awesome. I love how the ladies set this up without the men knowing about it. I was curious when Bella knew that Jacob was coming back to talk why she would call for Esme. It was smart for them to involove Jacob in the search instead of someone from their own guard.
I'm happy that Bella thought enough of her husband to include him, even in secret, on the meeting with Tanya. He deserved to hear it from her. Tanya's admission was a bit surprising. I was sure she knew about the murder. Now, with the new threat, Edward and Bella won't be able to relax which isn't good for her. Speaking of Bella's condition, please tell me I'm right and she is going to have twins. She shouldn't be showing yet with just one baby.

WOW!!! I just found this story and it is so amazingly good. The love between Edward, Jasper and Bella was beautiful. I finally understood what happened when Edward said that he saw James Anderson as he pulled out of the parking lot. I remembered the story he told about his partner getting killed and I cried. I didn't expect that it was Jasper. I do love that Jason ended up being Jasper's son. That made for a perfect ending.
I know some people don't like stories with E/J or E/J/B but if they are written right the love overshadows everything else. You're an awesome writer and thanks for such a beautiful story.

Thank you so much for your lovely review. I am blushing. The idea for this story came to me when I was listening to Elvis's Heartbreak Hotel and I had not long seen some photos of Jackson playing guitar with his band. It was originally meant to be more of a love story between Edward and Jasper with Edward marrying Bella to keep up appearances but when I was writing the first scenes getting ready for Jason's wedding it became so much more. I cried so much writing this story and was very proud of the finished result.

Awesome. I loved how Edward eased Bella onto the track again. A driver knows another driver and it would have been a disaster to let her on the track for the first time in an actual race.
The date was so romantic. To rent out an entire drive-in and have a table set up in the middle just for them with her favorite movies and a sofa to relax on. The first kiss was beautiful. Its amazing how a simple kiss can hold so much power over two people. You can capture that moment like no other. And the fact that neither of them was comfortable being away from the other at the end of the night. That was sweet.
I'm curious though will Bella still buy Edward's house now that she will have a few days living with him? Great chapter again. I can't wait for more.

Damn...Edward has nerve!!! He abandoned the girl he claimed to love and his family without so much as a word. Then he expects to come back and take Bella away like she still loves him and nothing ever happened. He has the balls to get mad at Jasper for going against his "orders" to leave Bella alone. Not only that, he has the audacity to get angry over the way she had to live and that she ended up with Jasper.
He's damn lucky that Peter didn't kill him for hurting his wife and Bella. Now he is going to have to deal with Bella's wrath. He doesn't realize that she's not the scared and clingy little girl he left behind. I can't wait to hear her take all her anger out on him and rip his heart out like he did to her. I hope she makes him feel a million times worse than she ever did.
I loved it when Jasper felt reassured that Bella's feelings for him hadn't changed because she saw Edward again. I love how happy they are together...so back the f... off Eddie!!!!

Great chapter. I feel sorry for Alice. I have a feeling that Jasper hasn't been quite as honest with Alice as Carlisle has been with Bella regarding everything that goes on at home. Bella should have pulled Alice away when she saw Rosalie shake her head. She knows enough to know that if Rosalie is warning them then it can't be good. I just hope this incident doesn't effect Bella and Carlisle's relationship. She already has enough insecurity as it is. Can't wait to read more.

If I could give you coffee cups for that I would, I think your awesome......What doesn't kill Bella will certainly make her stronger though. Carlisle can be a handful with that temper of his and his closed off heart. Jasper will be coming into the plot of this story more in the future. Loved this chapter. I really hate the way Carlisle thinks of himself. He believes that he is this bad person because he hasn't helped his family the way he wants to but he doesn't give himself the credit for doing everything he has done for them so far.
As for Bella, I wish he could say everything to her that he wants to say. To just admit to her the things he is saying only to himself would give her exactly what she wants from him. She wants his love and she wants to know that he needs her enough to let her help him. I hope he can let go enough to love and trust her fully. One question though, is he really thinking of a future and family with her or was he just saying that because that's what she wanted to hear?

Carlisle thinks lowly of himself because of James. He has far too much responsibility on his shoulders for his age. Jasper and Carlisle love each other but see things differently because of their separate set of circumstances involving James. I will soon start reveling more of what's happening with Jasper. Eventually, you'll see and understand both very clearly.
Carlisle does want a future with Bella but is afraid to admit it. His cold heart is starting to melt and walls are coming down. She's afraid of losing him at a young age and who can blame her. Nevertheless, he did mean what he said, being drunk, made it easier to say, as well as helping her finish.

OH I'm not liking this. I have a really bad feeling about what is going on with Jasper. I'm sure you know where my mind is heading but I can't bring myself to say it out loud. Please tell me I'm wrong.
I feel bad for Jasper. The fact that he is hurting so badly that he wished for Bella to be the subject of James' threats just goes to show that his mind isn't right. Carlisle was right to throw that back at him to say that neither of the girls should be.
I really liked how Carlisle called on his mom for help when he didn't think he was going to be able to get away safely. It's also too bad he didn't get to see Bella like he wanted. At least he got the chance to kind of explain why he didn't show up.
Another great chapter. Maybe one of these days I'll stop writing these epic reviews but you just give me so much to think of and talk about. You're awesome. Can't wait for more.

I sometimes sit back and have to remind myself while writting this, that the story needs to focus more on Carlisle and Bella-because I want to get into whats going on with Jasper so much.

Another good one. I'm so glad that Alice didn't let Jasper get rid of the one good thing he has going in his life. He needs her whether he thinks so or not. She will help him keep his sanity.
I'm glad that Jasper has the strength enough now to not let James near him. As a kid there's nothing you can do but now there are too many years of pain built up and Jasper could easily snap and kill him if he got too close. Speaking of killing James, is there someone else out there that they would have to watch out for? I'm surprised they haven't killed him by now. Jasper knows he's asleep. He could easily do it right now and have years of abuse to back up any defense.
Also, I hate the feeling at the end that Carlisle has given up. He wants to give Bella the only piece of him that he has left before its all over. Please let him get better so he can be with Bella giving her the chance to save him. They deserve a life together.
Now I just have to say that I told myself before to stop reading your stories at work because you always make me cry. I couldn't resist this time and, of course, this time is no different. That and my marathon review. Great chapter. I'm ready for more.

Hi Mizzdee, I was afraid I had lost you. Last review I got you seemed rather upset because you were starting to figure things out. I'm sorry I made you cry at work-maybe not so much-I take it as a compliment actually. It sounds like there as real to you as they are to me.
Carlisle will be okay, don't worry. He just had a close call with death and knows James was behind it. This will actually start changing his personality some making it easier for Bella to become closer to him. So it's all going to be good there. Jasper is also getting hit with a lot of reality and is stepping up to the plate to protect their leader and brother in his time of need.
I will be putting out a light-hearted and a 'little bit funny' chapter later this week. I am going on vacation, and I want everyone having a good memory of them going on while I'm away. Thanks for the coffee and you know I love your reviews....Diane.

OMG Carlisle the Caveman...that's hilarious. It's nice to see him playful and not so serious all the time. Not only that but I never thought I would see the day when bad ass Carlisle would use the word pumpkin...nice one. On a serious note, I do hope there isn't something seriously wrong with his head. I know he doesn't have the money to go to a real doctor and he's gonna downplay the seriousness to Bella so she won't worry. Hopefully if there is something wrong, Bella can pick up on the signs so she can help him.

I'm glad you're back. And I know it's been a week but I haven't had access to a computer at home and work has been way too busy to even attempt to read anything. Now that I can, I'll make sure to catch up fast.
It's nice to see that two months went by without drama. Carlisle once said that Bella is the only peace he has in his life and its nice to see that she is still giving him that and they are happy. I have one questions though (like you knew I would). Carlisle told Jasper that he wanted to have a baby with Bella. Is that still want he wants or are they being more careful now that he has created this monster in her??
I'm concerned about something. Carlisle mentioned before that he was supposed to be the one that took punishment that came at James' hand. It was some sort of deal they had. What happened that caused James to go back on that and start hurting Jasper again? Am I off base or did I miss something.
I'm off to read the next chapter now. I'm hoping that one will answer my question. Great job as always.

Hi Mizzdee, Yes, Carlisle still wants to have a baby with her, despite the sexual monster whom he has turned her into. He, however, thinks that he is going to disappear like his mother did. Okay as far as James making the deal with Carlisle goes, he did indeed make it-but he used them all against each other all along to get his way. They all protect each other, Carlsile has no knowledge that James is using all of them to get the others to do what he wants. Even so, Jasper and I think Rose, knows that Carlisle does it for them now after Jaspers out-burst. When Carlisle got the crap beat out of him that day.
He started bothering Jasper again though because he is eighteen now. Whenever you read chapter seventeen you'll understand.

Date: 27 Jul 2010 Title: Chapter 17: Chapter 17 Jasper Remembers How and Why his Mother Died.
Poor Jasper. I was surprised that he actually saw James kill his mother. How did he not shut down completely with that and the abuse on his mind? he is definitely stronger than some give him credit for. With their mother dead though, how was James able to keep them? He's not their father.
Jasper is on the verge of losing it and, by his own admission, he wants it all with Alice. In order to have that, he needs to tell her about his past. It will kill him to do it but there would be no future without honesty. He needs to talk to someone about it all before he cracks.
He also said that Carlisle and Bella have a secret. Could she pregnant already? I know being a teen mom is tough but that would make them both so very happy. I also have one thing to say about Rosalie because she's not mentioned much but I really hope Emmett can truly keep her safe.
I'm off to read the next chapter so I can finally catch up. As always, great job...D

I'm shocked that I got one over on you there. :) James had been their father from about the age of six and seven. That's why they sometimes refer to him as Dad. It's what he taught them to call him. I know people who were molested as children and didn't break down until they felt safe. I have never known anyone who saw their mother murdered, I feel like that is why Jasper was the quiet one. He is beginning to deal with the things that have happened now. Because yes things do bear on one's mind and need to come out.
I can't say a lot about what Jasper will do and say without giving too much away.

Okay the question about Bella...asked and answered. Thank you very much. I am so happy for them. If things work out right, they will make great parents. They are so sweet together and Carlisle knows what it's like to have a great mother and an ass for a 'so called' father. He will know what it takes to treat a child right.
Carlisle has known that James would probably kill him one day but Rosalie's confession just made it more real. I know Carlisle has some major insecurity issues when it comes to Bella but I hope he realizes that she would never hide his child from him. I believe that once she saw him the day after he got beat up she knows enough about his life that it wouldn't matter to her if he took matters into his own hands to save his own life. I know she's a cop's daughter but, to save Carlisle, she would do anything.
I'm glad Jasper, Rosalie and Carlisle are on the same page now...kinda. I say that because Jasper still has one major secret. I do think that Jasper shouldn't tell Carlisle about their mother yet because he needs to be in the right frame of mind to carry out whatever plan they come up with. I'm glad they have Edward and Emmett to step up for them. The four of them together should come up with something good enough to take care of James.
Okay now that you got one on me, I'll just have to watch you more closely. just kidding. I love your work. This was another good one. I'm off to work on my own story now. Can't wait for your next update.

I just clicked onto your name to see what you are writing about. I need to give a couple of you, a read and some reviews with coffee included of course....lol. Now I can keep an eye on you as well :) j/k. I spend so much time writing that I barely get to read anything that's being written anymore. I am a new writer, and I started out just throwing out a couple of things. I thought there were not enough stories about Carlisle, so I started writing to help change that. Then I got another idea and started a third one like the idiot I am.
I don't want to let anyone down so it seems I am spending the greater parts of my days writing, editing and checking grammar. I do put out an extra chapter of 'Bad Boys' sometimes as well. I have it on another site also and when enough people ask for updates sooner I tend to get motivated.

OMG how could you leave it like that!! I'm afraid for all of them. For the girls...I know Charlie tried to keep them out of the way but how big can that room really be with everyone shooting at once. For Rosalie...it's not quite clear if she is really there or not but if she is and having to watch this stand off and not be able to help is going to kill her. For Emmett and Edward because they were so close with no weapons at all since they dropped them. For Jasper because if he makes it and Carlisle doesn't could he really handle the guilt of thinking he caused his mother and brother's deaths. For Carlisle...Jasper watched as he fell to the ground but there is no knowing yet if it was a defensive thing so he wouldn't get hit or if it was because he really did get shot. He has to be okay.
Their confrontation with James was very informative. He is so awful talking about the way their father died like he took some intense pleasure in watching it happen. I bet it took all of Jasper and Carlisle's strength to not shoot him when they heard that. I'm not surprised that James finally admitted his absolute hatred for Carlisle and when he called Jasper "sweetheart" it made my skin crawl. Speaking of Jasper, how could he willingly stand naked in front of James knowing that it would give him some sort of sick satisfaction to see him that way?
As much as I absolutely hate to agree with James, the guys did mess this plan up a little. With as protective as Carlisle has been over the years with Jasper and Rosalie, him not doing anything about James cutting Rosalie's hair waved a big red flag in James' face. It doesn't surprise me that he called the cops himself and tried to play the innocent good guy surrounded by four crazy teenagers with guns.
While this is an intense chapter, I seriously can't believe they went in there naked. That was funny. The song they sang coming into the room creeped me out a bit but it was perfect. I loved Edward and Emmett's responses to Charlie's questions. Jasper seemed like he lost it a bit when he told Charlie that he was going to kill James. It was so calm and matter-of-fact that it was kind of scary.
Now here I was thinking I could make it through one more without crying and you had to give me the image of Carlisle's body dropping to the ground after the guns go off. You're just trying to kill me I know it. I soooo loved this chapter but if you don't stop reading this ridculously long review and start writing so I know that everyone is okay (except James of course), I'm gonna have to hunt you down and I won't be responsible for my actions. I'll be like the guys and claim temporary insanity. LOVED IT...LOVE YOU and I can't wait for more. Dee

I love you to Dee, your AWESOME. The guys had to mess up-James needed to be on to them to make it interesting. I'm glad that you caught that Jasper was serious with his calm. That's the way I meant it. It needs to be intense with all three of them to make the ending work. It might have been a bad place for humor in this chapter, I just couldn't help myself. I find humor in very strange places in real life as well. I see Edward as the comic relief in this story and Emmett as a bit of everything when needed. Carlisle is the protector, Jasper is the sensitive one and Rosalie is strong but confused and conflicted at times.
Jasper didn't care to be naked because he thought James was going to die that day. He was trying to be strong and stand up. However, he hates having secrets. Knowing so many for this long has taken its toll on him.
I'm thinking there may be five to seven chapters left to write. Then I will post some out takes. I changed the story around for the sake of some reviewers. Even so, I want them to be posted, I thought they were important, and it was originally written that way.... ttyl, Diane

Well first of all, thanks for clearing up for me whether or not Rosalie was really there but, OMG, how can you have her get shot? Poor Emmett must have just about gone crazy when he saw that.
I hate that Carlisle got shot but at least it wasn't instantly fatal. I can picture James' smug face standing over Carlisle just gloating. I can feel Bella's pain as she watches him bleeding while trying to beg for his life. And, of course, James used it to his advantage having Bella make an almost impossible choice. I really hope that Alice understands that there was no other choice she could make.
Speaking of Alice, I'm so glad that she was the one who got a piece of James. It was perfect timing on Edward's part to walk up and give her that gun. She couldn't let Jasper go with him. I was glad she stepped up and saved him that way.
You had the perfect amount of intensity in this chapter. So much so that I almost forgot the guys were all naked until Bella brought it up again in the hospital with Emmett. No matter how many times I read this, I always cried when James was dragging Carlisle around like a rag doll. And, when Carlisle told Bella he loved her, my heart broke right along with hers.
I really can't wait for the next chapter to make sure Carlisle is going to be okay and to get the fallout of Charlie finding out Bella is pregnant...oops. Great job on this one. Oh by the way, thanks for the mention..love ya girl...Dee

I thought Rosalie getting shot was an unexpected twist. There will definitly be scars left on those poor kids emotionally with everything they have been through. I didn't like having Carlisle shot either but the stand-off had to happen eventually. (and I do love my Carlisle)

I knew the conversation wouldn't be a good one when Alice and Bella finally got together to talk. I know she's hurting but Alice needs to see that, if the situation was reversed, she would have done the same thing. I'm glad that Rosalie stepped in and set them straight. James was the one to blame and I'm glad they finally realized that and were able to start putting their anger aside.
I think I like Uncle Cass. He isn't going to take any shit from anyone when it comes to helping the kids. I am glad that he is willing to help Edward and Emmett get out of jail. He didn't have to but he did it because they were there to help his family.
I'm glad to hear that Charlie was on Carlisle's side about James being the baby's grandfather. It was sad to hear that he doesn't hold Carlisle any higher than James though. I know he's done some bad things but he didn't really have a choice. Hopefully Charlie can learn what Carlisle is really like and open up to him and accept him in Bella's life. And I really hope he doesn't go for that fourth charge of statutory rape because that would absolutely break Bella's heart.

I love your review's girl. You never seem to miss a detail, good or bad. Uncle Cass seems to be well liked by a few people, so I guess we'll have to keep him. I think he was needed by the Cullens. They had far too much on their shoulders as young adults. I believe they were all ready to break, in one way or another. I haven't gotten the next chapter completely together yet. What little time I have been writing this week has been on the last chapter. I'm having a hard time getting everything I want into it without making it so long people will get bored. I want to cover all the bases and tie up any loose ends. I was hoping that caveman Carlisle could make another appearance, But I am having trouble getting him worked in there so far.

You I'm really feeling sorry for Charlie right now. He's got a tough job and no one in this whole mess is making things any easier for him. He's stuck between a rock and a hard place in every situation. He doesn't want to hurt Bella but he has to arrest everyone she cares about, which is essentially going to turn her against him. He, of all people, knows how hard it is to raise a child alone and he doesn't want Bella to have to do the same thing but he doesn't want Carlisle anywhere around Bella or her baby either. Hopefully when the stresses of this whole situation pass, Charlie will be able to see what a good man Carlisle really is and how much he truly loves Bella.
Thanks for bringing back Carlisle the Caveman. He is too funny. It's so cute how he tries to be careful with Bella so he doesn't hurt the babies. I'm very curious to see how long it takes for everyong to realize that Carlisle keeps using the word 'babies' instead of just 'baby'. No one has picked up on that yet. I loved how Carlisle laid it all out on the line and told Bella exactly how he felt for her and asked her to marry him. It was so sweet. Again, I love how bad ass Carlisle turns into a big softy where Bella is concerned.
It's good that they are finally able to figure out what happened to their mother. God, I can't even imagine the scene when they go there to find her. That will be so extremely hard on all of them. The three of them will definitely need to lean on each other and they are lucky enough to have the girls, Emmett, Edward and now Uncle Cass to help them get through.

I feel bad for Charlie as well. I know as a parent what he must be feeling. I also see everyone else's POV. I like to think that everyone can understand both sides of things. I don't mean to make Charlie the bad guy, that's James' part in this. But If I were a teen-ager and my own father arrested my boyfriend and bestfriend, not to mention the others, then I would be seeing things one-sided with my blinders on as well.
I actually meant for Bella to catch on to the babies part in this chapter, and everytime I went to do it, I wrote something different, brain freeze.
I wanted to write more Caveman Carlisle, but he just wasn't coming out for me this time.

Are you kidding me girl? I liked this outtake. We got to see the ladies man that Edward thought he was. He was funny trying to step up to Bella right in front of Carlisle. He should have known better.
We got to see a small taste of a jealous Carlisle. He kept his cool when he watched Edward trying to make his move on Bella. His little warning to him was enough for Bella to know that it was getting to him. Then when Bella got mad at him and it made him excited, that was typical Carlisle. That last line is what I would expect out of our hot and sexy bad boy.
Not only that...you gave us a tough Bella. She was strong enough to put herself out there and not hide from Carlisle. She stood up to Edward when he got pissed because she wouldn't sleep with him. And she tried to take out her anger on Carlisle even though it didn't work. In the end, she's whisked away to get what she wanted before the fight started in the first place.
Great job, girl. I loved it. I'm ready for the one outtake that you were unsure of sharing with us in the first place - D

I have to admit that I miss this Carlisle. These characters became more real to me every time I wrote a chapter. I did want Bella to learn to be a tough girl in the beginning. After all who could be a better teacher then the Cullens were. But she ended up being mouthy and sensitive I guess.
A jealous Carlisle, now that you mention it, something like that would have made a great chapter. He would have literally lost his mind if anyone had tried to take his woman for real...lol.
I guess you gotta give Edward a slap on the back for trying to sleep with Calisle's woman, even though she was technically an ex. He didn't go behind Carlisle's back either. The boy had balls, and some great shoes...lol. I thought Edward was cute being the comic relief in other chapters of this story, rather than the brooding one.

Another great chapter. I spent my time reading this one a couple of times and I'm finding myself ready to strangle Carlisle's mother. I just have to know...WHY NOW?? She claims that she doesn't want to see him hurt but what about all the time leading up to this. According to his sister, he has been in absolute pain since this started and his mom did nothing to help. Now she's all concerned because Bella is being taken away for good. If she was able to get this done this fast, why couldn't she have done something before?
Okay now I'm going to ask...please, please don't turn Carlisle into one of "those guys". Now that he has some small amount of time with Bella give them the chance to be together. Don't send him off to be with as many women as possible once his time with Bella is over and he can no longer be with the girl he loves.
Can't wait for the next chapter.

God I love you....I think it's so great that you like this story enough to be forth right and say what your thinking. Don't worry, Carlisle isn't going to become a man whore. He's just mad at God and thinks that yelling and making threats will get his attention. Carlisle's mother will stand behind her husband because she feels it's her duty as his wife. However, any mother who has ever heard a cry come from deep within' their child is going to do something, I would hope anyhow. She's not really threatened by two weeks of time. She knows Bella will be leaving after that.
If you remember in the last chapter after Carlisle's breakdown she was on her knee's in front of him wanting to give comfort. I know it was too little and too late though. She honestly thinks that they are protecting Carlisle's soul. I don't know how much you know about certain religions. But the one I grew up knowing was very black and white with not much in between. The husband calls the shot's and is accountable for his family and their souls.

I'm so glad Carlisle and Bella had enough time together to talk over some of the awful things they both went through during their separation. We already heard what Bella was going through but to hear, in detail, what Carlisle went through and to hear him say that he was losing his faith because of it was heartbreaking. I know what it's like to lose faith for a while and the desolation and lonliness can be crushing.
It was beautiful to hear them declare their love and future intentions to be married with children. I just have a feeling that the separation they will go through at the end of the two weeks will rip both their hearts out one more time if Renee is true to her word and doesn't let Carlisle speak to Bella.
Oh and I have to give Charlie his due as he seems to be the only sane one in this situation. I love how he is the only one willing to support them because it will make his daughter happy. I love him.
Definitely another great chapter. I love your stories. They are the ones I drop everything to read...yes even if I'm at work. If, at any point I don't review it means RL is kicking my butt and my own story is consuming my mind. Now if I could get you to stop making me cry then we'll be all good. YOU ROCK!!!

Well they're getting closer. I know they both want to be married and have children someday. I'm glad they're using their heads though. They know that now is definitely not the the right time. It makes me happy to know that they are being so mature and responsible about everything.
I can only imagine what their parents would do to them if Bella ended up pregnant. I would put money on it that Rene would try to talk her into putting the baby up for adoption and never telling Carlisle anything about it because she wouldn't find out until they were no longer allowed to see each other.
Alright lady...don't worry. You are better at writing these scenes than you think you are. This was pretty good. Hopefully in the next chapter they will finally get there. Can't wait.

This is. perfect. You captured the tenderness, anxiety, nervousness, awkwardness and everything else that comes with the first time for both of them. I glad you didn't having them go at it for hours like some writers do because we all know that the first time just doesn't happen that way. Thanks for keeping it real.
With that ending, I'm worried for them. I can picture the look on his face when he saw the broken condom. He wanted to be so careful so they didn't have anything to worry about. Now, they're going to do nothing but worry. She's leaving soon and this is going to weigh heavy on their minds during their final week together. DAMN I still hate their parents for making them go through this. If they could have just left them alone and figure their relationship out on their own they wouldn't be in this mess.
Okay rant over. Awesome job. I'll be holding my breath to see what they both have to say about this new situation. I hope Bella doesn't blame him because he's going to do enough of that on his own. Love ya girl. Update soon...D

It wasn't a great time. Especially when your young and clumsy. You just have that general idea and the love you feel for each other.

Its so nice to see them being mature and responsible. They both know that Bella getting pregnant is a possibility now even though she doesn't believe it. I'm so glad that she didn't freak out over the thought and considers his point and agrees to his solution to let him know if it does, in fact, happen. She was so sure that it was not an issue and she knew her agreement would help calm Carlisle down. I admire Bella though because she felt the loss of not being pregnant meaning she knew a part of her wanted it; she also knew and accepted that it wasn't the right time
I so love Bella's conviction in her love for Carlisle. Now that they were able to finally be together and truly enjoy each other it just put the last piece in place for her. They are going to be separated for a long time and I really hope she can hold on to that feeling and not let the loneliness take that away from her. She'll need that love to help get her through this mess. I feel so bad for them because they are being ripped apart again. I wish they had more time.

I love how Bella was able to tease him without blurting out that she knew who he was. I hope they can come together. They have been apart for so long that now they have to learn so much about each other. I really do hope Carlisle tells Bella about the letters he tried to send to her. She has to know that he didn't just forget about her all together when they parted.

I think it is so cute how they both seem to revert back into two insecure teenagers again. It's almost like they are picking up exactly where they left off. I'm so happy that they are still so in love with each other that they immediately know that they want to get married. I'm also glad they are just going to go out and do it without telling anyone. Even through they are in their late twenties, I wonder if Renee or Carlisle's mother will still have something to say about it. They just need to stay the hell out of it.
It's going to be interesting to see them merge their lives together. It's hard to bring two people together that have their own way of doing things. I'm ready for the first fight over whether you squeeze the middle or the end of the tube of toothpaste, or the classic argument for the toilet seat being up or down. Come on you know that can be a whole chapter by itself.
They also have jobs that they have to think of and, of course, the living arrangements are going to be interesting. I don't blame Bella one bit for not wanting to live with his mother. Hopefully they can find somewhere close because he still wants to be the good son and not leave his mother alone.
Loved this as always. Hopefully in the next chapter we'll get to see a wedding. YAY!!! I can't wait. Oh and thanks for the rec for my stuff. Love ya tons...D

You write good stuff so of course I am going to mention it.
It's going to be a job to get everything worked out for Bella and Carlisle in the next few days. There are a lot of things to consider. They both hold very important jobs and it will be hard on them. They are adults now and Rene would most likely have something negative to say. This way it doesn't matter what anyone thinks. There's no way of stopping them, it's their destiny.
I do have a scene in another story out-lined for an arguement over toilet paper. Yes we all have those silly little arguements. They aren't funny until you think about it later on. It doesn't bother me half as much when the lid isn't put back on as it does whenever the tooth brush itself isn't rinsed out properly and you can see its there hanging onto the bottom. Then, omg, they use it the next day, Germs and ewwwwww. Okay, rant over...lol.

I so loved this chapter. I'm glad that Bella and Carlisle are thinking things through before they get married. Most people don't think about the most basic things when it comes to merging their lives together.
I kind of feel sorry for Bella though. She loves Carlisle so much that she would do anything for him. He feels such an obligation to his mother that it blinds him a little to the extreme discomfort Bella feels at living with her. He says he's seen a change in her but that's only because Bella wasn't around and Carlisle has been alone all these years. He's so smart but, in relationships, he's just as unobservant as any man.
I love this girl. These two need to be together and happy but I'm ready for some bumps in the road when it comes to Carlisle's mother. Can't wait for the next update. D

I feel so awful for Bella, thinking she had no other choice than to leave the man she loves so much...again. At least she was strong enough to just walk away this time instead of other alternatives. I really wished she would have talked to Carlisle about it first though. I know in his head he knew the situation was bad but I don't think he guessed for one minute HOW bad it was.
Of course, it was partially Carlisle's fault because he felt this insane sense of loyalty to the woman who hated Bella. If he would have listened to her for one second before he moved them into her house then this could have all been avoided. I am glad that he finally stood up to her in the end and realized that Bella meant more to him and he needed to get her back. It just hope it's not too late.
Great chapter lady. I love it. I hope Bella forgives him and they can find someplace to be together without either of their parents getting in the way. Much love girl - D

I can just picture in my mind Bella going to visit her mother, and once she was there, feeling the pressure lift. Some boys/men have a hard time letting go of their son's, for some reason. Or is it the other way around?
Eventually, it always comes down to the wife having to make her stand, intentional or not. Carlisle is so sensitive that I really believe he thought things would die down. Although it had, however, taken a toll on him as well.
When a woman starts shutting down a man needs to open his eyes and realize he is losing her. That's a very big red flag! One or two chapters left in this story girl. Then it closes. Thanks for the kind review.

Edward still lives in the past and was more than willing to marry the Bella he knew and let her die a natural death. I can see him holding on and thinking she would love him as much as he loves her. How wrong was he? I liked it when she just shot him like it was an everyday thing as well.
I know Jasper took a lot of shots, and she almost killed him. But, I think that with all the wars he was in and the bites he received from newborns that he has built up a natural resistance to most anything concerning the physical body. That was pretty HOT. I think I like submissive Carlisle too. I am surprised she let him loose but hey who in their right mind would resist that request. Its sad that she can't save him after the three years because she may want him around after that much time.

I am surprised with the change in his appearance. I didn't expect that. I love how sweet he was when he thought they lost a baby and was so ready to try again. I love a frisky Carlisle...oops I mean Peter (love how you worked that in there).
Bella's interaction with Jasper was interesting. She really got into his head quick to make him see he was being controlled by the Cullens. I figured it would take her longer than that. I can't wait to see if she's able to pull this off.
As far as another POV, that would depend on where the next chapters are going to go. It would be interesting to get Jasper's POV to see if he is really buying into Bella's story or if he is trying at all to escape. It would also be good to hear from Esme or Rosalie. Esme because she has got to be devastated by losing Carlisle. Rosalie because she has got to be absolutely furious and ready to kill Bella. Anyone would be interesting to read. Awesome job can't wait for the next chapter...D

Thank You, I imagine Peter is a hoot to be married to and his wife is one lucky lady. However, I still prefer the pretend Hollywood look of Carlisle. So I thought it would be awesome to combine the two and have a little fun, Aw, the perfect man.
Bella did get into Jasper's head quickly. I do see him as a strong warrior, but on the inside, I think he can be easily manipulated if you know what buttons to push. I wouldn't trust Jasper completely yet though.
Nevertheless, Evil Isabella will get what she wants for awhile. Eventually, all hell will have to break loose.
I had found something I had written from Carlisle's POV for like chapter four or something. I was wondering why I didn't post it back then. I guess Jasper will need to be heard. I believe Esme should have a run in with Peter as well.
You know Rosalie would rip Bella's head off and enjoy it immensely. However, a pregnant Bella will keep Rose at bay.

Damn I'm scared of Esme. She so wants Bella dead. I felt really bad for her when she was thinking about Carlisle being killed by the wolves. I'm surprised she actually went to Sam to ask him about it...like he was really going to tell her the truth. It will be interesting to see which one gets their hands on Bella first...Rosalie or Esme.
I loved Jasper's POV. It's nice to know that he isn't quite as trusting as he seemed. He's paying close attention to everything Bella is doing so he can get himself out. Now I think, after that little sex show she made him watch, he's going to be pissed off that Bella is using him that way. He's going to try even harder to get out and take Carlisle back to Esme. Of course I could be wrong and Jasper was turned on enough that he wants to get some too. Hmmm...inquiring minds want to know.
Great chapter. Girl you know I love it when you throw in those HOT ASS sex scenes. I could take the visuals of Carlisle all day long. Bring 'em on. TTYL...D

I get so embarrassed trying to write those damn sex scenes. Hum. So you think Jasper is above getting some on the side? Your right though, watching that might be disturbing to him on some levels. Then again, it just might turn him on to. Bella does want him to come on to her first after all.
It will be interesting to see what side Jasper takes in the end. Maybe Jasper won't see him as the father figure now that he's Peter.

I feel another epic review coming on girl. I love the dream part of this. Peter said before how cleaning up Bella's wounds was like basic instinct and he did a job even a doctor would be proud of. Now he's dreaming of a life as a doctor and as Carlisle. I don't blame him for freaking out when he woke up.
I feel bad for Jasper right now because it sounds like he's stuck in a state where he is left nearly motionless. However, I'm sure his mind has to still be able to function as normal. He's stuck in that cell and I'll bet that he is in a state of constant guilt. Guilt over disappointing Alice and the family, guilt over not being able to save Carlisle, and extreme guilt over Angela getting killed because of him. The guilt has got to be killing him.
And now for Bella. I feel so many things for that poor girl. I hate what she's doing to Jasper. Does she really think that he's going to help her raise any child with the way she has treated him and his family?? I love that she was able to truly fall in love with Peter. He is such a loving and caring man and he would give everything for her. I'm scared for her because she has three VERY pissed off vampire women after her. Granted, she created the situation herself but still they would rip her apart without a second thought. I'm excited that she is having the baby. I do believe that it's Peter's baby because four months seems too long for the baby to grow at true vampire speed. There could be lingering vampire characteristics that could cause that to happen as the doctor thought.
And the vampire women. Esme's warning was terrifying and Bella better be watching her back at all times. It was way too easy for Rosalie to throw out different ideas of how and when to kill her. Their only concern now is the baby. The best part was Peter going after Esme with the pencil. I can picture that so clearly and it had me rolling.
Alright girl I'm going to end this here. I am so looking forward to the next chapter. Can't wait to see where you take us next. Lova ya - D

Oh my, I had meant for it to sound like even though she was actually four months pregnant the baby she was carrying was already at seven months. Flourishing at a vampire rate of growth. She had man-raped Carlisle and then slept with Peter after his tranformation. Also with in that time she was with Jasper. I believe Bella is smart enough to be afraid of those woman, and rightfully so. But knowing Bella she will protect herself and her own family as well. Do you think she is betting against Alice?

Great chapter lady. I was actually kind of scared for Peter at the beginning. He regressed so far into himself I didn't think he was going to come back. I wondered if he would have if Isabella didn't burn him with that lighter. The pain he was feeling was so real that I felt more sorry for him than ever. He didn't deserve that kind of pain.
The display of love between Isabella and Peter was beautiful. Peter knew he was dying and he had to let her know he forgave her for what she did because he loves her. It was evident in every touch and every word. And, of course, you had me in tears when he was saying goodbye. Telling both his wife and daughter that he loved them and would always be watching out for them was heartbreaking. If he makes it through the change back to a vampire, it is going to kill him to know that the baby is Jasper's and not his.
I'm curious though, now that Isabella is taking him to Esme to change him back, what affect will his current state of mind have on the vampire he turns into this time. His mind is split into three distinctly different people, Carlisle-now/Carlisle-then/Peter. Will he be able to bring the three personalities together and go back to the way he was before Isabella changed him or will someone else emerge from the change.

Thanks for the awesome review. I think a vampire can process more than a human mind can. Peter couldn't handle it, but maybe Carlisle can. On the other hand it might be cool to change sweet Carlisle into an out-going person with dirty thoughts...hehe.
I have so many versions of so many chapters written out that I could take it either way pretty easily.
So whats your take on things? Should I wrap it up over the next few chapters or make the doctor a dirty pervert?

Date: 04 Nov 2010 Title: Chapter 18: Chapter 18 Changing, Fighting and a Makeover.
Again I feel so much for Bella. I hate that she had to let Peter/Carlisle go but it was to save his life. I think loving him broke her down a little and now she's resigned herself to whatever the Cullen women plan to do to her. She's ready for it. Also, while I love evil Bella, she was acting like a vengeful child and the love she had for Peter and the fact that he almost died because of what she did made her grow up and accept responsibilty for her actions. She needed it.
Now for boys. I feel bad for Emmett because he seems to be stuck in the middle of his loyalty to his family and his love for the girl who he once called his little sister.
I really hate what this is doing to Edward. Sure he left her thinking he had good reason to do so and now he's blaming himself for the way Bella turned out. He feels betrayed because of what Jasper did and he knows he's completely powerless to stop them from hurting her.
And then there's Jasper. I actually think he was the most brilliant one of them all. He was quick enough to think of his plan to make Bella think the baby was his instead of Peter's. He was smart enough to come up with a plan to go get Edward and take him back to help her. It seems to me that he never had any intention of going back there. He got away and back to Alice which was his goal all along.
And I love Peter/Carlisle most of all because while he's going through his change, all he's thinking of is Bella and I love that it's driving Esme crazy.

You know I love your reviews. They are always so very detailed. I feel sorry for Edward to. There is no way in this for him to win. His time with Bella has passed yet his love is eternal and his sacrifice has always been great.
Emmett, poor vampire certainly doesn't want to hurt Bella either. Rose seems more overbearing than usual. All the women are. I think the power has gone to their heads. Hopefully, Carlisle will take care of this situation once he's awake.
Jasper, I have always seen him as a very smart player that doesn't get to shine much. He and Carlisle are both highly intelligent in different very different aspects of life.
Evil Isabella certainly has had to learn her lessons the hard way in life. Carrying a grudge for that long must have been so tiring for her.
Esme, for as much as she loves Carlisle, is actually losing the most. That's all I'll say about that.

I think its pretty funny that Edward was suspicious of Billy. Not only is he her instructor but he was her dad's best friend. Bella knows that would be crossing way to many lines even if Billy saw her that way.
I think Jacob sounds incredibly HOT. I'm guessing that he and Bella are going to find themselves alone together at that party just in time for Emmett and Edward to show up. Emmett is going to flip over Bella's outfit but Edward is going to go crazy when he sees her with Jacob.

I like how Jacob dropped the cocky attitude once Bella realized who he really was. It was cute when he told her that he always wondered about her. I can see her hanging out with him in the future for two reasons...1) she might really like him and 2) to piss her brothers off.
I can't believe (well yeah maybe I can) how they tore in there like that and embarrassed the hell out of her. Good for Bella for standing up to them like she did. They can't treat her like a little kid all the time. The only thing that has me worried is that Emmett seemed to know something about the "SAE parties" that Bella doesn't. I wonder if he'll tell her why her being there was such a big deal. It may be nothing but there was something about the way he said it that bothered me.

Date: 13 Sep 2010 Title: Chapter 4: Chapter 4
This chapter was sweet and showed the love they all have for each other. I'm glad the boys didn't take no for an answer. Brothers and sisters fight, holler and scream at each other and its plain to see how much they all truly care about each other. I don't think Bella would ever leave her brothers like that because she knows what they are like. It gives her a small bit of leverage to make the threat though...at least she has that.
She knows just by looking at him that this whole situation hurt Edward way worse than Emmett. She knows the bond that they have always had and can feel it just standing there with him. I don't think she realizes yet that its changed. Maybe the change is only happening in her now because its possible that Edward has felt it for much longer. His behavior is more along the lines of someone protecting what's his instead of a brother protecting his sister.
Anyway, I agree that there has to be something from Edward's side because his actions right now are keeping me guessing. I'm excited that you're going to post every day. This is going to be one of those 'drop everything you're doing and read' type of stories for me. Can't wait til tomorrow - D

Poor Edward. I hate girls who use a prenancy to trap a man. He is so lucky that Bella knows him as well as she does. She just had to look at him to know something was really wrong. Why did he think he couldn't just go and talk to her about it right away? He should have known that she wouldn't let him go through this alone. I wonder if he would have just accepted it if Bella didn't tell him to make Tanya take another test with him in the room.
I was actually waiting for them to share that first kiss when he came back to her room so happy. It would have been one of those 'I'm so happy I could kiss you' moments. It would have taken them both by surprise. I did love how Bella kept referring to him as "MY Edward". She's got a little of that possessiveness in her. She knows her life just isn't right without Edward in it and I believe he knows the same thing. The sweetest part of the whole thing was him holding her hand all the way into the elevator on the way to dinner.
Great chapter again. I can't wait to hear from Edward. He will definitely be able to clear up some questions running around in my head. Have a great birthday lady. Have an awesome time relaxing with your family. TTYL - D

Damn so close. Edward came as close as he possibly could without saying the actual words. The intensity of the moment when they were about to kiss has to tell them both how much they want to be with each other. Unfortunately, because a relationship like theirs would cause such a scandle, Bella is seeing it as wrong. Poor Edward has to be dying inside because you can tell just by his words, how much he cares about her.
I really hope he understood what Bella was trying to say in the car on their way home. She was using Riley to take his place but he was never able to take her mind off her feelings for Edward.
Great chapter. You're killing me here. I hope you know that. I am so excited to jump over and read Edward's side of things. I can't even move on to chapter 7 until I do. Love this - D

I can't even begin to imagine the restraint that it would take to keep a relationship a secret. When all you want to do is tell the world that you are in love with the most amazing person on the planet, it's gotta be torture. I know I couldn't have done it. I would have attacked him in the middle of that party.
I knew they were going to be going through their bouts of jealousy through that party. I loved Bella's thoughts about ripping Jessica apart while she was talking to Edward. And then wanting to hack up all the girls and burn the pieces...priceless.
I'm so happy they said they loved each other. Its not like other couples where they need to take forever to do it since they've been a part of each other's lives for so long. I only want to know one thing...the family already knows how close they are and it was always normal for Edward to sleep in her bed to comfort her. Why would there be an issue now if he slept in her room as long as they were careful and it was only for the night? Of course that probably stems from me wanting them to be able to be out in the open. Who knows???
Love this story and, as much as I love CofC, I love it when you get writer's block. I can't wait for the next chapter - D

Well, they haven't done the sleeping in the same bed thing since her nightmares ended when she was about 12 or so. I haven't really given this away to anyone yet, but the sudden change in their interactions...how they are LESS physical than usual is not going unnoticed either ;) Remember, it wasn't unusual for them to lock arms, hook E's hand over B's shoulder, hug and comfort. Now they're so afraid of being caught they aren't touching at all, which is a bit of a tell in and of itself to those who are paying attention.

This is so crazy. I feel so bad for them...wanting to be together publically and not being able to. I'm glad she was able to show some strength when she saw Edward with those girls and didn't get jealous at their obvious flirting efforts. She needs to trust him and his love completely in order to get through the next month of secrecy.
I can't wait for them to tell the family. It's going to be hard but, hopefully, they will be accepted and they can be happy. It will kill them both, I think, if it turns out any other way. Another great chapter lady. I'm off to read 12. D

Edward is right and Emmett is definitely noticing. He is seeing more than they think he is and I believe he's just waiting for them to confirm his suspicions.

Lady, I am seriously never gonna be able to look at my husband the same again. Bella trying to find a word to call Edward's...um... "thing" had to be the funniest thing I've ever read. A little Asian dude...priceless. And, one of these days, you are gonna have to explain to me the purple headed yogurt singer. haha. I mean I can see the visual but that's one I've never heard before.
Poor Bella throwing up after an unexpected surprise that didn't taste like candy or sunshine *snickers*. Maybe I should say poor Edward, nothing sexier than the girl you weant to have sex with throwing up right before you do. But, when you got right down to it. It was good for both of them and sooo worth waiting for. When Edward told her he had never made love before, I loved him so much more for that. He understood what it truly meant to be with her. And Bella, not caring so much about herself, just wanting him to enjoy it says so much about her love for him.
I do feel sorry for Emmett thought. He's interrupting them not really knowing who's behind the door. When he finds out he's going to be crushed because he was lied to and then pissed that his brother and sister are doing what he thinks they shouldn't be. Take it easy on the poor guy. This is going to be hard enough for him.
This whole thing was exactly what I would expect from a first time. Sure Edward had experience and he was trying to get her through it but she had those awkward feelings and thoughts that are normal for anyone. I love it when a writer can keep it real. Great job lady. I can't wait for them to tell their parents. TTYL - D

OMG I can't believe I missed reading this one. I loved it. This whole glitter thing was hilarious. I'm sure there are plenty of guys that can complain about stuff like that considering all the girls out there that do use glittery products. I'm sure it looked pretty good though and I loved how Bella called it "bling".
I loved how Edward was able to put the crowd out of his mind for those first couple of dances while trying to keep Bella in the moment with him. That's love. I'm also glad that Emmett was able to stand up for them when it counted. He may not like the situation but I'm sure Edward's words from before had been ringing in his head all day. It's going to take a lot of work on his part to fully accept the situation but I hope that, since he was able to defend them, he is beginning to understand and embrace the love that they have for each other.
Edward and Bella are such a good couple together and, like their dad said, they are coming into this relationship at a place where others only dream of getting to. I know they can stick it out for the long haul. Great job on this chapter and this story. I can't wait til you come back to finish. Good luck with the editing phase. I SOOO loved this. The build-up to their actual relationship was great. It's not something they just jumped in to. It was great how you took the morals of the time and made sure they were right. I was glad that Edward thought about the gravity of their surroundings and the situation they were in before trying a relationship with Bella. However, he should have told her sooner and given themselves time to decide together.
I loved that they got to finally have their time together at the end. It was actually really sweet of Bella to let Edward know that, even though she knew he wanted to go slow with her, she also knew that he shouldn't. Knowing that it was very possible that they could get interrupted, she tried to spare him any guilt he may have felt for being anything less than loving with her. It was also sweet that Edward tried so hard to keep from using any bad language while he was with her.
Such a great start. I can't wait until you expand it to a full story for the simple fact that I want to know who is going to punch Dr. King first - Edward, Jasper or Rosalie. I really do hope that you allow me to finish what I started with this and be able to beta the rest of this story. Thanks for at least giving me this o/s to work on. Watching Bella with Mike Newton of all people and then finding her in the backseat of his car. That has to mess with his mind.
It was so sweet when he described what was in that box that Bella almost opened. Usually its a girl that keeps things like that but he cares about her so much that he wants to hold on to everything. And I love that he actually wrote music for her. I can't wait to see what she will say to him if he ever shows her what's in that box.
I'm glad he was able to realize he had been treating girls with the exact behavior he was trying to protect Bella from. He needed to see it.

I actually thought that Tanya had asked Edward to stay away from Bella. That seemed like something she would do. Its sad that he felt he had to stay away from her to try to make a relationship with Tanya work. He should have known that, with as much as he missed her during that time, there was no way he could keep going without her.
Listening to him talk about his time with Tanya was hard. He was so depressed and he was trying to handle everything alone. If Bella didn't take him aside and get him to talk, he would have lost it. If anything good came out of the situation with Tanya, it was that Edward realized that Bella is the love of his life.
YES!!!! I'm so happy he understood what Bella was really trying to say at the end. He knows now that she cares for him too and she only used Riley as a stand in. They will both get what they want but they have to tread lightly to do it.
I'm sad that we won't see too much from Edward's view. I always love hearing his side. But, as long as they can be together, I guess I don't care who's side it comes from. Excellent job. I so love your work. Until next time - D

She may have broken up with him but she loves him too much to abandon him to a family that she doesn't believe cares enough to stand by him the way he needs. Her breakdown at the end was a long time coming but I'm glad that Esme was there to snap her out of it and get her moving again.

Writing this story has been no easy task. I have had to go back to a very dark time in my life, and pull out some of the most painful memories I've ever experienced. WOW!!!! I just found this story and I'm really loving it. While its sad that Jasper and Emmett had to lose Alice and Rosalie, it's a testament of love that the whole family is working together to help them through it. Sure its a sacrifice for Edward having to share Bella with his brothers but he knows the family is worth it. In the beginning it will be hard but as long as B/E keep their love intact, they will all be fine.
This chapter with Bella and Jasper was amazing. Their connection was on such deep emotional level that nothing in the world mattered to them in their moment. I really want to know what happened to make their eyes change like they did. It made their intense connection that much more powerful. One of my favorite parts was when Jasper felt the love fully take him over, he included Edward and Renesmee in is thoughts.
I can't wait for the next chapter of this. Its a great story. D

I'm glad that the family is back together again. I'm sure the four of them were living in comfortable companionship but it's Emmett's joy and playfulness that will restore their family to what it used to be. They need his attitude and behavior to keep the tensions away. I am glad that Bella was able to take away some of the guilt Rosalie was feeling because she's right. They all made their own decisions regardless of what prompted those decisions in the first place. They need to move forward and live life as it comes.
It makes me sad for what Charlie had to go through but I understand that it was necessary. I felt bad for Bella for having to hear about all of it but I'm glad Carlisle cared about her enough to keep tabs on him all this time so he could ease Bella's fears and she would know that Charlie is really okay. I'm curious if after hearing that Charlie is fine and obviously happy with Sue, will Bella's nightmares stop or is there more to them than just fear for Charlie.
I had also been wondering if Bella ever told Carlisle what Edward said to her about their souls because it was never mentioned. I'm glad she finally did because that will put all of them at ease and make it easier to fully let go of Edward and Esme.
I am happy to see that Carlisle and Bella have fallen into such a comfortable relationship. She cares about him and he's falling for her and soon enough something will tip the balance and they will be able to let love in completely. I can't wait for that because they are so sweet together.
You are writing this so beautifully and I'm so glad I found this story. There aren't enough Carlisle/Bella stories out there and this is one of the better ones that I have found. Thanks for writing and sharing this with us. As a writer myself, I understand RL taking us away from our writing but you need to take care of your husband. Okay darlin. I don't have near enough will power to wait, so I took a break and here I am.
The missing Gilbert is a good twist in an already complicated storyline. I like the little look at her background since it was the reason she took off in the first place. She knew what she was capable of and being the "mommy" type wasn't it. I'm glad she took the step back because it seemed to be the most responsible thing she could do at the time. I'm also glad that she had enough strength to tear herself away from the family again when she felt their safety was in jeopardy from whatever demons she has hiding in her closet. I'm curious to know what those are.
I like that they are able to sense each other. I do have one question about that though. If Stefan and Damon were able to sense that she was different, why wouldn't Caroline be able to? She would have been able to hear the guys talking about Bekah but, by her description, she seemed to be oblivious of the "other" person standing in front of them.
I also love the dynamic between her and Damon. She seems very capable of taking as much as he can give and giving that much right back. He may have met his match here. I can't wait until they have their "talk". I can see some HOT times ahead and I know you won't disappoint me cuz you love me too much.
Now on to the part that really made me raise an eyebrow. When Damon asked if Bekah's offer applied to everyone, he didn't say it loud enough to be heard, did he? I think he said it under his breath and he was completely surprised that she heard him. That's why everyone jumped when she screamed out her answer because they never heard a question. Now he's really curious about her and he's going to do what he has to, to find out her secrets.
I love, love, love this story already. I can't wait to see what else you've come up with because this is going to be good. I'm glad to have you back even if it's for a short time. I've missed you. Now get back to writing and bring me some more of Mr. Blue Eyes himself. Love you bb - D

Wow this was so good. I love that you allowed Jasper and Bella to be what each other needed while Jasper was gone. I think it's what gave him the strength to know that Bella would be waiting there for him when he showed up at her door. I also love that you didn't portray the other characters as perfect people that can do no wrong as most others do. You saw from the way they all turned their backs on Bella that they weren't the type that either she or Jasper needed in their lives.
It was sad to hear everything Jasper went through leading up to his discharge, but I was so happy to hear that Bella was strong enough to stand by his side when everyone else basically deserted him. She had been through enough in her life and she had to do it all alone and there was no way she was going to make Jasper do the same thing when they could do it together - in whatever capacity he chose. I'm happy he chose to do it with her as a partner and not just a friend.
This story was amazing and I, for one, would definitely read it if you added more to it. I would love to see this relationship grow to see if they can really make it together. I would also like to see what would happen when everyone found out about them. It would definitely be interesting. I'll be waiting patiently for another chapter of this should you decide to extend it. Until then...much love to you - D

So glad you enjoyed this version of Bella and Jasper. I never really forgave the Cullens for abandoning Bella in New Moon and I really played off of that for the backstory here. I've always liked the idea of home as being the person/people that you love and I really wanted these two to fulfill that role for each other. I also liked the idea of Bella being strong for Jasper, even though she desperately needs the connection with him as well.
I do have an outline of a short multichapter fic out of this story and feedback to continue it has been pretty good, so I hope to start working on it soon.

Wow, so much rage inside of everyone. It's kind of scary to think about, but it's all understandable too. I can't wait to find out what happened to make them all this way.
As far as Edward and Bella's feelings for each other, I'm actually curious to see which one cracks first. Which one is going to be the one to go for that kiss because they simply cannot resist it anymore. It's going to be something when it does finally happen.
I am really loving this story. It's captivating and I'm dying to know what's going to happen when Jasper finds out what happened with the boss. But I'm patient. Take your time dealing with RL, we'll be here when you're done. So, until next time...much love - D

I understand his concerns but sometimes it's like Jasper is more than a little overbearing with her. I know he wants to protect Bella all the time but things happen that you have no control over. Bella is a grown up now and he needs to start treating her that way.
Speaking of treating her like an adult, if their little talk was any indication, Jasper is going to blow his lid when he finds out that Edward has feelings for Bella too. Now Edward may think he held Jasper off this time but he didn't. I have a feeling he's going to be watching the two of them closer than ever now. Which really sucks since Bella now believes that Edward feels the same as she does. Hopefully she can heed his warning to keep things under wraps in Jasper's presence. Hmm I wonder, now that she knows, will she attempt to push their relationship to more of a romantic one...and will Edward give in and let her?
Great chapter again but it left me with so many questions are running through my head. I can't wait to see how this story unfolds. Until next time - much love to you - D

I like Rose and Bella's talk at the beginning of this chapter. I can't see why Rose doesn't think she's worthy of someone nice in her life. She doesn't constantly have to date losers to get attention. At least she has Bella to reassure her and give her support.
And if I ever wanted to beat the crap out of a character, Edward would definitely be the recipient of that beat down. How dare he do that with his secretary when he's on his way to go see Bella? I don't care if she's flaunting it in front of him and I don't care that he was always the type of guy to take advantage of that in the past, he should have had more sense than to go there this time. He wants Bella but knows he can't have her because Jasper will kill him, but behavior like that is one of the reasons why Jasper feels that way. Ugh I just want to kill him for doing that. Bella has every right to be upset and I'm kind of glad she got drunk enough to be able to tell him off because I don't think she would have done so otherwise. And as far as the pedestal goes, he's lucky she didn't knock him off of it, beat him with it a few times and then shoved it up his ass sideways for doing what he did. I, for one, hope she makes him suffer for this one. Okay sorry...rant over. Can you can tell that Edward's behavior really bothered me? LOL
Anyway, great chapter again. I really can't wait to see what Edward will do to get himself out of this mess. I see some ass-kissing of epic proportions coming out of this. Whatever it is, Bella better not make it easy on him. Can't wait for the next update. Much love to you - D

Perfec first chapter. I loved it.
Alice and Jasper crack me up and I agree with her and Bella. Jasper's rules are a ridiculous double standard that he doesn't need to worry about. Bella is her own person and makes her own rules. The fact that they happen to be exactly what Jasper wants for her is simply a happy coincidence.
As for Bella and Edward, I love that they've been together for so long and are still keeping to those rules. It is an amazing testament to how much he loves her. And I'm glad that none of those things in the bag interested him. He loves her for who she is and not what people think she should be. And I'm glad that he's changed so much that she can completely be herself with him and it's still sexy. Oh and I'm really, really glad that he finally did take her into his bedroom and was able to walk away without breaking the rules because he knows how much that first time will mean...for both of them.
