Really loved this story until now. It's chapter 41 with no resolution in sight. I love a great dramatic story but now I feel like you're stringing me along with a year-long captive hell and a sequel which suggests that even when they get off the island there is still drama. I feel likethis great read turned into a cross between Gilligan's Island and a soap opera. :((

Thanks for reading and reviewing chapter 41, and glad that until now, you've been enjoying it. I understand your trepidation with how the plot is progressing, but there is a happy ending in sight.
Edward will stay on the island with his family and Larry. He didn't have any choice other than to agree to Aro's blackmail, but he has no intentions of becoming Aro's 'lieutenant' when they return to Hawaii. We won't 'see' Aro again in Wrecked, though he will be a topic of conversation.
There is only about 10 chapters left in Wrecked. Each chapter will span about 4 - 6 weeks and then they will be rescued, but not by Aro. The sequel will pick up about 3 years after they return to Hawaii. Aro will be bested early on in the sequel.
I hope you keep reading, but will understand if you don't want to.
