Aw, what a cute chapter! I loved that this was in EPOV...his take on everything was hilarious. Especially Seth...what a single guy's take on little kids ("as soon as he opens his mouth and screams, the cuteness factor drops to zero in my book", "As long as he doesn't start screaming again, I won't call him the spawn") - so funny!! I have to admit, I'm a little nervous about what's going to happen with Bella since Alec seems like he's coming back into the picture. Oh well, I trust Edward (and Emmett and Carlisle) to keep an eye on her. Edward and Bella's relationship is developing nicely too...I love seeing how she's becoming more and more comfortable with him, even if it's not as fast as she'd like. I can't wait to see what happens with her and Charlie too!
And as much as I'd love an update every week (oh who am I kidding, I'd love one every day, this story's that good!), it's completely understandable that RL takes priority!! I did the work and night class thing for over 3 years so I know how painful it can be ~ I'm just grateful for any new chapters. Thanks for sharing!!

I love that your Edward didn't get into a residency program...so often, Edward's written as the super intelligent, super hot guy, and while I like those stories, I also like to see him fail sometimes; it makes him more realistic.
I liked some of the insight into Bella's past too - I can't wait to see what happened (or will happen) to James. I'm glad he had to pay through the nose, but it certainly seems like Bella's still living in fear. Will he be coming back into the picture??

Hmm...is Edward afraid of the chemistry he has with Bella and he doesn't want her to meet his family too soon? Can't think of anything else that would have upset him, unless he thought she was laughing AT him when he asked if she lived with Jacob and Leah.
I loved how Edward responded to Bella's story about James...clearly, they'll have to go slow since she's been traumatized, but I'm confident that Edward can figure it out;)

Edward was pulling into the parking lot that was across the street from the main entrance. He didn’t say anything else until he held my door open for me taking my hand and pulling me closer to him. “I am sorry about my behavior”
I smiled at him “You girl forgives you”

And something happened to Bella when she was 15, and Renee died around that time too....so were they both attacked by a crazed serial killer and only Bella survived?? Can't wait to find out...it's definitely worth the wait!
Oh, and I loved Bella's justification for lunch, "Lunch with Masen would just be protecting my health for the holidays." Too funny...same with her set down of Mike and Edward's interruption...again!!

I had a similar Xmas Eve church debacle...some little kid must have just heard someone swearing and kept repeating 'shit' throughout the entire service. My family were the only ones laughing:)

Aww...I loved the E&B bonding time. So often in fic, there's the initial attraction and then they jump right into a relationship, with no explanation of how the couple is compatible beyond the attraction and what they actually talk about. I'm glad you showed that Edward and Bella have a lot in common...and still have plenty of chemistry to keep things interesting;)
Camille was definitely a dirty ho; I hope she doesn't cause problems for Bella down the road. I'm glad Bella stood her ground with her though!
And "the face that launched a thousand vibrators"....best line EVER!!

Wow, big chapter!! And as much as I like the Emmett who's an overgrown kid, I loved to see the serious, protective Emmett come out and support Bella (without being overbearing).
Looks like I was at least partially right with Bella's back story...how sad. I'm glad Edward was supportive and handled it as well as he did. Even rearranging his schedule to spend extra time with her - looks like he's smitten:)
I'm curious to see why he and Tanya were seen as a couple. Did they maintain a charade of dating to keep the eager fans (and dirty cougars) away? Was it all an assumption on the part of the tabs and they're just good friends? Is Tanya a lesbian and Edward her beard?? ;)
Glad to see Camille was dispatched quickly by Rose...she was just skanky!

Squee!! Another big chapter, but the ending was so sweet. I'm glad they got their first kiss in (and Alice wasn't there to block again)! I really liked the Bella/Rose bonding time - Rose is still protective of Bella, but she's definitely easing up a little. And I loved the line about killing the witnesses to ensure an acquittal. And poor Edward...he got his heart torn apart, arrested, and then moved to Hollywood, where I'd imagine there aren't too many trustworthy people. I'm just glad they're together now and they can comfort each other:):)

Yeah, Emmett is kind of an asstard....I love him for it though! Loved Charlie too...glad Edward could woo him with Clint Eastwood:) I like that E&B fell in love at first sight too...and Edward's text...and how worried he was in the hospital...the list goes on!
Just an observation, but what's with all the peeing in this chapter? Bella peeing on Christmas morning, Emmett drinking his own pee (I'm seriously questioning his intelligence after that one)...not complaining, it was all funny. As long as there are no golden showers in the future...I like kinky lemons, but even I have boundaries!!

Good job on creating a backstory for Bella that explains why she was so fragile and why Emmett and Rose are so protective of her. It was awful, but it was about what I expected. And the explanation was great as well...plenty of details to explain what happened but nothing too graphic.
I love seeing Edward and Bella support each other...they're so sweet together. And angry, pissed off Edward is just hot too (just sayin')!
Loved that the chapter ended on a high note with Rose's shirt and promise that she won't flash her tits anymore!!

That being said, I'm loving seeing everything from Edward's point of view. I actually like his POV a little more when they're apart because there's so much that happens with him that we'd miss if we were only hearing Bella. I love that he's not quite such a gentleman in his head as he is aloud;)
Great job with the secondary and tertiary characters too. I love how Gloria helped them gain perspective on their relationship, and the pot smoking priest was pretty funny too!

Can't say I ever had any doubts he was the daddy, but I hope she makes him beg for it! I know I would! I am glad that she's moved out and is learning out to live on her own. I think it's important for her to grow more as a person before she settles down with Edward.
I'm also glad to see that Charlie won't tell Edward where Bella's at...it's about time he stepped up!
