While this story is still one of my favorites, I am having trouble with Edward encouraging Bella to do a scene with another person with her being on top. Wasn't it Edward who insisted in the beginning that neither of them would ever share? I make it a point to read only Bella and Edward stories and while I enjoy BDSM stories, I only read them if there is no sharing because for me it takes away from the love that is suppose to exist between Bella and Edward. I don't understand why Edward would want Bella to do a scene with someone else, even if the someone else is a woman (that seems like a double standard to me). I'm glad Bella said no, but you seem to have left the door open for her to change her mind and just the fact that Edward would allow it and encourage it, is upsetting to me. I love the story too much to stop reading though and maybe I have misunderstood what Edward was suggesting for Bella to do with another person (I hope so).

Great chapter.  Edward really grounds Bella.  It's funny to watch Bella with her family and friends when she can be relaxed enough to speak her mind, curse at people and just be herself.  I think Jared has feelings for Bella.  I wonder if Bella gets punished for flashing her headlights.

I really didn't like this lesson from Edward.  It seemed cruel and abusive, especially considering Bella's history of abuse and letting a man abuse her.  It's not in her make-up to stick up for herself and because she trusts and loves Edward so much, she just lets him take control and wouldn't think about saying "red" or "yellow".  I love this story and for the most part, I love Edward and I have had faith in most things he's done but not this time.  It also bothers me that she will take the blame for this and will believe she deserved what Edward did to her.  It seems that he fell in love with Bella's spunk and independence, yet I fear he is trying his best to change her into a totally dependent and passive person.  I understand that this is part of being a submissive, but she still needs to be herself.  Perhaps I need to read his point of view before passing judgement, but I just don't want Bella to let people walk all over her, especially considering her years of abuse.  She deserves to be happy and cared for and she needs to learn to stick up for herself and never allow anyone to abuse her.  This is still one of my favorite stories and I'm hoping Edward will redeem himself in chapters to come so I can go back to loving and believing in him.

Love this story.  Bella sure does jump into things without thinking.  Does Edward recognize her disguise?  Is he going to blow her cover or let her continue to try to get info from snake.  Too bad there is no BDSM in this story as I'm sure Edward would love to whip her ass lol.

I love this story but I don't understand why Edward keeps telling her "we can end this anytime" any time Bella struggles a little. It kind of seems like he's telling her their relationship will be over if she can't handle the BDSM part of the relationship. Why not remind her she can red any time but not say suggest ending their relationship. If he loves her, he should make sure she knows their personal relationship wont change in the event their BDSM agreement ends. She should be able to "red" or "yellow" without it ending either their romantic relationship or their BDSM contract. Hope what I'm saying makes sense. Also, I don't understand why he wants Bella to suffer without release for so long. Why doesn't he want her to have any pleasure in their sexual relationship? How does the subs denial of pleasure make the Dom so happy? Most men enjoy giving pleasure to women so this something I don't understand with a Dominent. I can understand him wanting to control the orgasm and to build up the need for release, but not to the extent of torture or to deny release indefinitely just out of meanness or to make her suffer. What is the lesson or purpose of doing this?

I just found this story a couple days ago and finished it this morning.  I just had a hysterecemy so I'm out of work for 6 weeks and will have lots of opportunity to read.  I'm sorry to see this story end.  There is so much I still want to know.  It seems that Bella, Alice and Rosalie were the only females bought to be mates and therefore technically they are slaves.  It seems like all the other girls were set free and had chioces.  I also wondered about punishments.  Bella and Alice were so accomodating and quickly did everything they were asked so you never touched on what men did to control their wives.  In fact, except for Rosalie in the beginning, all the women in Forkington seemed to be very stepfordish.  This is not a criticism, just an observation.  I enjoyed the story very much  Perhaps you may think in the future of making a quick reference guide to post pics, species and descriptions of each citizen of Forkington.
