Bella is charmed by this new doctor in the ER. He's kind and thinks about his patients and maintains a friendly rapport with the nurses and orderlies. Edward is intrigued by the sad nurse who does her job efficiently but doesn't have a sparkle in her eyes.
Will she allow Dr. Cullen into her life or will she let her insecurities get in the way of her happiness. Perhaps, Dr. Feelgood can write her a prescription. A prescription for love...

Wow the response to this chapter has been amazing, over 150 of you thus far have spoken out about chapter 22. First let us say ... THANK YOU for reading and reviewing. The fact alone that we have been able to instill so much emotion in our readers for the characters within this story makes us so pleased, that alone tells me the story has the back bone we wanted it to have. So, on behalf of Jess and I, THANK YOU for caring and showing us that you care.
Now we warned you that Edward would not be a favorite after this chapter, and Alice well we all already hated her. Alice has taken a presence in the story and stronger one than we first intended, however I think her presence helps show how much Bella is growing. Alice is still stuck in that kiddie stage, where Bella is showing that she is learning as she grows. If you remember, Bella has made lots of mistakes and acted out too, but in this chapter she showed not only that she is growing, but that she is and can be responsible and dependable. Many of you believe that Bella is pregnant, but she is not.
The next chapter is in Edward’s POV and we hope that you will all be able let your anger for him and his actions go by the end of it. Edward has a lot to say and some of the things he thinks about and even discusses will give a little new light regarding his seemingly blatant disregard of Bella over Alice. Edward never completely said anything in chapter 22, so chapter 23 is going to be his outlet chapter.
As for Esme, she has seen through Alice’s shit, and I think right now for her you will find in coming chapters she is trying to do what is right by Alice. Gary has made Alice come back to St. Louis and work for the company, because he is trying to get her under control. It wasn’t pre-planned for Edward to take her back to St. Louis, and you will learn more of why he did it soon.

in the US Acct degrees are 5yrs(4yrs college and 1yr masters) plus 2-4 yrs of work experience and exam similar to a bar exam(3days of testing) to become a CPA. 2yrs only gets you an assoc degree to be a bookkeeper. Keep up the good writing.

I totally understand that Edward made some bad choices, as many of us have in our own pasts. Unfortunately no one can go back and change a past altercation and or a bad choice-if we could this would be a perfect world. What we all can do is choose to do is change things in the future to make things worth fighting for. Everyone does things that others find offensive and or don't agree with. Neither of us can make any of you stop hating Edward, but we hope that you like the way things have changed for Bella and Edward in this story at the end. There is a several month jump in time, almost a full year actually. I look forward to hearing what you all think, because our reader's opinions mean a lot to us. The next chapter will start out with a huge diary entry, and there will be an outstanding amount of information within that entry. Edward and I are doing amazing. With school and my internship, I have been crazy busy. On a brighter note, we get to see each other a lot more. I love working with him and I have found that we really do make a great team. Wow to say that we are blown away by the response to this is a complete understatement of what we actually do feel—shock, awe, happiness, thrill ... just to name a few of our feelings. The fact that this one-shot only garnered an honorable mention in the contest does not go anywhere near the exhilaration we both feel over the heartfelt reviews and PM's we've received telling us how much you've loved this and how you voted for it. We have tossed a few ideas back and forth and have some of the story out-lined. Just some info on Gestational Diabetes.
As the pregnancy continues blood sugar get higher. The only way you have low blood sugar with GD is a side effect of the insulin that some moms need to take to keep the blood sugar in normal range.
I had GD with my last two boys and was
on increasing insulin dosages as my pregnancy continued. My sugar did go low a few times as a side effect of the insulin shots some times.
Hope this info helps as GD can be very dangerous for both mother and baby if not taken care of.

Although the flashback shed some light on her past I found it too long and the bigger question I have is that the breakup was only 10 months ago but from all the other chapters its seems like the relationship she has with Paul and Leah has been going on much longer and there has been enough time for at least a very good friendship to develop. I think the start of that relationship is much more important to the story then the breakup with Jake. Just my thoughts its your story to take where you want it to go. Still looking forward to the big reveal on both sides

Hi, l'll go search that book. In italy everything is about english but noone really teach how is best to write. For all the school years they teach only the grammatic aspects such as verbs, articles, but not how to put them together in the correct, english way.
