Carlise is such an asshole that edward needs to take care of or at least stand up and fight him. But, I really do love this story and i would just hate to see edward start all the way back at square one so I really jusy hope he can explain some how to bella about what is about to happen. this is my first review2 for this story but i absolutely loved it. my favorite part is when charlie tells renee she needs to shut up or get the fuck out. i love this story and i love how edward stands up for bella. if renee has a problem with edward dating bella does she have a problem with emmett dating rosalie. does she think emmett is a pedophile too. is bella just stressed or is something wrong with her. i hope your dad is fine and i understand if you can't update. family should always come first

Bella fastened the clasp of the sterling silver I.D. bracelet over Jack's wrist. He looked up at her with wide, watery eyes as he ran his fingers over the letters that were etched in the metal.
"It has your name, Jackson Swan, our address and my phone number engraved on it. As long as you have it on you, you'll never be lost again."
Jack threw himself into her arms, with tears streaming down his face.
"Thank you," he sobbed. "Thank you for loving me so much!"
"Oh, baby," she sighed, crying along with him. "I never had a choice. You're my son."
The two held each other tightly, while the others in the room gazed at the pair in wonder and love.

Bella sat down next to Edward on one of the front porch swings. She turned and leaned her back against the side, pulling her right leg up and underneath of her. He turned his head slightly and smirked at her.
"How does it feel to be an old man?" she asked, trying to hide her smile.
He smiled widely and shook his head. "I'm not old."
Bella laughed and shook her head. She noticed that his smile fell as he stared off into the sunset. She nudged him with her foot and he turned to give her a small, sad smile.
"In my mind, I feel like I'm still 22," he sighed. "I haven't really celebrated a birthday in almost five years."
