Our son got married at the Olympic National Park last summer. It was beautiful. His wife was a park ranger there. Spent 7 days at Lake Crescent Lodge, went to Forks, La Push, Port Angeles the whole bit. Spent another two weeks in Seattle. Took AmTrack there from Illinois. Unfortunately spent the first 6 days with food poisoning from Union Station. Would love to go back again, they just bought a house by Lake Washington, so it's a good excuse.

sounds like a great trip. Sorry that the park ranger in my story is a bad guy. He's actually based on a jerk i know here on the East Coast...they are federal officers..I'm fairly certain that if it's a national park it's the same there too..but if not I'll just claim artistic license. lol. I'll give you a heads up that the gang is actually going to be taking a trip on Amtrak in the near future...hmmmmm...i think you'll enjoy that, but I'll make sure no one eats at Union Station. You can't dwell on what you lost but remember what you had.

Some great(maybe) memories of Amtrak. The Amtrak shuffle as you walk through. Horrible bathrooms. Nothing like throwing up on a moving train. Observation cart was great. They would have had an Indian guide from Washington. Was interesting. Didn't see any wildlife like I wanted though.

I find it hard to believe that Bella could find anything enjoyable after what she went through. Early hysterectomies often trigger early menopause. She probably needs hormonal therapy too.

It has been an utter loss to Twilight fans that Stephanie Meyers did not finish Midnight Sun. I know I was devestated and could not let it end where she did. That is where my obsession began and it ended with the next three stories from EPOV. Sorry, but I couldn't help myself, I needed to know how it ended. But what came as the biggest surprise to me was how it did end... I never would have guessed after writing for the next three books it would have ended this way.
So join me on this most intriguing journey of Edward's. I promise some surprises, some good, some not so good. I do promise to give you an end, one hopefully you will enjoy.
