I get flashes of that scene in A clockwork Orange where the kid is strapped to the chair with his mouth and eyes pried open and having to watch debauched pictures constantly.  Make me very nervousnto see where this insane story goes next. Oh well call me crazy and bring it on.

I feel like a dirge should be palying in the background with the announcement of guest. Gosh I hope Edward doesn't cave to the pressures his dad is about to put on him.

Esme's story is so tragic, but then again, all of their stories are. It is such a testament to how strong these women are to be able to keep themselves in the face of such evil.

Will he or won't he? It is going to break his heart to let her go. I notice you say Bella gets her HEA but you don't mention much about Edward do you? Great chapter!!

The girl has her own army to protect her sounds like. Great chapter, I love how her dreams shadow Edward's experiences, the good and the bad.

I am aware of how most medical professionals looked at patients during this time but seeing it presented in this story by you really brought it home. I am so grateful that now during schooling for future nurses they focus on looking at patients as people and not just disease processes. We are taught to support patients spiritually and mentally as well as physically. I would have to say I would probably be charged with assualt if a nurse spoke to me the way Bella had to endure by that nurse Ratchet. Bella is so strong and did her baby as well as Edward proud.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE tudor stories and am completely addicted the The Tudors on Showtime. I am looking forward to Bella being a strong presence in Edward's life and hopefully no matter the path he chooses, she will remain faithful to what sounds like a purpose for her, helping those she has been choosen to rule over.

So sad she is. Why doesn't Angela just tell her who he is? I know she knows. Poor Bella is made to suffer an unkown fate when she really shouldn't have to. A little informatation and she would be so much more at ease.

Oh I love Isabella more and more. She has such a great head on her shoulders. She is going to make a magnificent queen.

I am glad they get a bit of a honeymoon. It sounds like they will need it with the parade and formal announcement pending, as well as her having to acclimate to a new court which I am sure will be full of former conquests of the future king. She has a lot on her plate.

I have faith that Bella will stand up to those who are opposed to her pairing with the prince. I think we are about to see how firey the new princess can be. Of course in private it will probably be a different matter but she will find strength in her connection with Edward.

I find it down right silly that people read the warnings you lay down and still feel the need to mouth off about stuff they find uncomfortable. I am totally diging this story by the way.. I am intriigued and I really want to know why the hatred for Esme is so prevelent.
While I am not a big fan of all the violent thingys, I am a fan of good story-telling so I say do your worst. I will take it like a good girl and I won't bitch and moan if it gives me the willies.

Awe....what a sweetheart!! I think he may be putting the cart before the horse though if he thinks Bella is going to just submit to his every whim. Didn't she just get ride of one controlling asshole?

Don't they say you should always go with your gut? He is obviously thinking with his big ego instead, isn't he? I will be the first to say that I am extremely nervous about the impending doom you are going to roll out, but for someone to say they think you should change it, that's just B.S. To the ninth degree. I do hope that it doesn't give me too many nightmares though.

I love this tragic little story. I cannot wait to find out if Bella decides to connect with the Swans and if she does what will that mean to her family now?

I feel dedded after reading that rollercoaster chapter. I just cannot fathom why he would need to find her. Does he have some deep seeded feelings for her? I don't think so. I think maybe in his 5 year blackout from us, someone has kicked his ass for his idiotic behavior. Why would he need to make amends to her though? She was never a victim.

She definantly put aside her self to make ends meet but I don't see her as a wronged party. Maybe I am being obtuse about it though. A young struggling student and a wealthy powerful man. The addition of money changing hands and I can see where she might have been taken advantage of. There is a lot of grey area here.

I am simply fascinated to see how she will pull her head out of her ass and start actually facing her problems and stop avoiding them all the time.
