Edward is the Edward I like. At the very least he seems to be. I love that he's telling Bella the truth - exactly what she never realized she wanted to hear. I really love that Jacob and Bella are all platonic now. It made me go into fits of giggles when he offered her his carl. It was so random and so fitting that I loved it. It got her attention at the very least and I was dying for him to answer 'you' but I don't suppose they're quite ready for that yet. Sure the closet sexing is one thing but talking and confessing is not exactly this Edward and Bella's way. I cannot wait to find out what Edward has to say for himself. Cheers.
Edward broke Bella's heart the night she came home, wanting to share the happiest news of their lives. She leaves but stays in the marriage for appearances sake. Bella has decided that she finally wants to move on.

Carlisle knows who Felix is and what he is doing in the suite, or at least he suspects, I think. Does anyone other than Aro (and Felix, I guess) know that Ed cheated? Gah. Quite unnerving.

He has to have an explaination. This is Edward. There must have been something ... Gah. Edward POV? I mean, I am so on Team Bella that it's ridiculous. Espec due to the constant Cullen tag teaming. At one point I almost want Felix to outbid Edward. I mean, really? Where does that sort of thing come from? Ridiculous. I love what this story does to me. I want Edward to offer more than a flower to Bella. She deserves more than a flower, no matter how rare it is. I want him to have a very good reason. Okay, I am seriously expecting too much from him, aren't I?

I am so switching teams. Carlisle is perfect. I have never read a pairing with as much chemistry and hilariously awkward Bella-moments as this. Her mind wanders rather regularly and I love how he just watches with interest. And the pacing is perfect. I mean, the tension between them is evidently obvious to Alice and maybe Esme senses something - I only hope Charlie isn`t as observant.

Carlisle is perfect. I may say that too often, but honestly. He`s really rather fantastic. And Bella, oh, if that one does not have a sharp tongue then I don`t know who does. Alice is, also, perfect. Bella is lucky to have Alice around. I like how Esme and Charlie are with each other. It`s wonderfully sweet. Quite a bit learned about the Cullens today. I wonder when Esme`s nephew will arrive. And how Bella will react to her step-cousin. Pfft. I love this story.

Charlie doesn`t want to know, I`m thinking he enjoys his blissful denial and willingly swallows whatever story makes him comfortable (to a point, of course). I love that Esme is so candid. I`m thinking if it ever gets to the point where they need to tell Charlie, having her on their side will be a very positive thing. Her honesty is helpful and apparently necessarcy seeing as Bella can hardly put words together to question Carlisle about his past, she also seems to forget that he`s been asking questions along the same lines that she fears to venture. I love Alice. She is the greatest person ever.

It fits the characters though. Golly, what terrible way to grow up, thinking that the parent that cares is the one that ruined something he probably thinks of rather ideally. Geesh. What`s a girl to do with that information? I suddenly envy Bells a little bit less.

And that she`s falling for him. And that he wants to continue being with her. I particularly like their dancing. Oh! And the pictures, Charlie was adorable. I love how random he was, I think that maybe he and Carlisle had a little time to talk in the car before the wedding, hmm. It`s all so great. Too great, even.

I do wonder if he'd have ever done it himself. He could have kept perpetually postponing it, and she saved him a very awkward conversation. I love how she is a catalyst in Edward's life. And how she left out a crucial bit of information which, had she told Carlisle, would have hurt him more than what she'd already releaved. Flirting on occassion. Indeed. But he loves her. And he ... did it again. Granted, she did muck it all up properly. I can't wait until Esme comes home. I am inclined to suppose that Edward is seeking out information about mommy dearest. But perhaps that's only due to my fanciful nature.

I think everyone is waiting on Esme to come home and have some magic words that will make everything all better. Hopefully, she'll be able to smooth some things, but will she be able to fix this? I'm not so sure. This really is between Carlisle and Edward/Carlisle and Bella. But as always she will have some words of wisdom

It's a perfect step. A lot was finally gotten out. I love that Bells brought out his paternal side. It's ridiculously endearing that he wanted to father her children. A little girl. I mean, really. Edward is sort of wonderful. I mean, eventually he'll have to realize that there is quite a bit too much Cullen in him to be even remotely like Kate - nature v. nurture et al. And the fact that he realizes his failings and cares makes him decidedly un-Kate-like. I really do not at all like that woman. She is beyond frustrating and horrible. Esme is so great. I love her. Carlisle and Edward are lucky to have her.
I love this story. It's real great.
