Although Edward's a little shy, maybe nervous, I like that he is holding his own.

Aw that ended sweetly. It was just the right amount of citrus, while still having a story behind it. I liked the dream for the first night. It had me crossing my fingers that I didn't get to the end and find out the second time was also a dream. I was chanting along with Bella, "don't be a dream". 

Sneaky Alice. She might gotten away with it....if it weren't for those meddling kids....sorry Scooby Doo took over for a second. Anyway, if she just said that she dreamt of Jasper, that might have been believable, but Jasper saying that he dreamt of her, probably is what gave them away.

That may have been dark and sad, but it was beautiful in it's darkness. If this was the route that New Moon would have taken, I couldn't find a better way of writing it. I'm so glad that you put the last scene in there. It's what I pictured would happen as I was reading. It may have made me cry more in that one scene than the rest of the story, but the build up to it probably helped.

Wonderfully written, but now I have to hunt down some tissues....

There are too many tacky phrases I could say...all surrounding him having a "gun" in his pants and asking her if she knew where he could "holster" it. God that sounds so much worse typing it. LOL

Hmmmm. I feel for Jasper. It's not going to be easy to tell Bella all that he's done. She might be understanding to some extent but hearing about all the girls and the games that they played will be hard to hear.

Sounds like Edward is in a shit load of trouble and although he had a bit of a break through when they left, he doesn't seem to be very repentant.

Edward's got a lot of "tough" edges from all he's been through. It seems like he's struggling with letting people in, male or female (that he doesn't know). I'm intrigued to see what Bella's story is. 

I agree. I'm glad Renee is the comforting, supportive parent in this one. It's like the relationship I have with my mom, so I can relate a lot to what Bella feels with her mom. I like that she helps to voice to Bella how she should be viewing things and gets her to look at what is going on with Edward differently.

It all depends on who was saying and how.

I'm loving getting both POVs, and certainly the little look into what Edward's family knows/is thinking.

OMG I knew just by reading the summary that I was going to be a mess after this one. I was crying after the summary. I don't know how you can make it both hot and sad at the same time. I can't decide if I want to bawl my eyes out or take a cold shower...it's very disconcerting. ;)

I loved their first meeting. I almost wondered if it would be the corset restricting her air, though that is usually the case, I could just imagine Edward walking in on her trying to get out of it...*snickers*

I would certainly be happy to see more of these two. I don't really mind what they do; children, a dramatic event. I'm just a greedy pig....gimme gimme gimme. ;-)

God I don't think I can read one chapter without cracking up. I love the dynamic between these two. Yeah, sometimes the hot and heavy is fabulous, but when there is a connection even the smallest interactions can carry the storyline tremendously.

I have to say, I always wondered why Bella never went at Jacob with anything but her fist. I like the baseball bat; more durable and less likely to hurt the the person inflicting the pain.
