So she couldn't go out with her friend to have a drink at the bar...I agree with Bella & Rose, she isn't dating Edward and he has no claim on her yet. Then he calls & he sounds odd on the phone...is he not used to talking to women on the phone? I'm sure he doesn't make repeat chatting phone calls often LOL
Enjoyed their conversation and I like that Bella isn't looking for a handout. It was quite obvious threw out the day and her conversation with Edward that she is uncomfortable with the money that has been thrown her way and what is required of her for accepting it. She isn't the normal type of girl that hangs out in that area I believe.
